Last night I saw Jesus. No really I saw JESUS. A play on jesus ’s life. It was pretty wild. I grew up catholic. I remember going to church mostly every Sunday. I was baptized, made my communion and was confirmed ( did it all ) I'm older now and understand a lot more than I did. I have my own personal view ( as does everyone else on whatever you believe or don't believe) But I perosnally feel grateful to have been raised faith-based. I may not go to church as much as I would like. I work & I don't have time. (my excuses for not going) but I know I can make time, just like I make time to take care of myself ( workout+ fuel my body🌱 + listen to PD) because if you want to do something, you'll find a way. if you don't, you'll find an excuse #truthbomb . . But I would recommend seeing ”JESUS” @sightandsoundtheatres. Even if you don't have a religious background. The special effects were incredible! Overall, the experience was inspiring and just what I needed. . . But before heading home this evening I was able to do a little Christmas shopping in the village. They had cute little shops + perfect handcrafted gifts. Will definitely be visiting again next year ☺️ I also can't want to get home to try out a sample workout from the new program i’ll be doing in January. On the road. Going away for the next ✌🏻 days( family trip) I remember when I first started this lifestyle. I was scared I wouldn’t be able to to stay on track with my nutrition while I was away. Temptations everywhere. I would beat myself up if I strayed off my meal plan, but not anymore ( thank you personal development🙌🏻 ) it’s all about that self talk. Food is not the enemy. It’s the view you have on it. Knowing I made the best choice for me in that moment (mindfulness😉) I’m in control of the foods I choose to put in my body even when I go away! So thankful to have my hubs in my life! This guy has believed in me even before I ever did with my health and fitness. With paying for gym memberships that went unused and watching as I spent money on another diet trend or something to help me along the way. And even supporting me with my coaching business. He’s taken care of the kids, put them to bed or kept them occupied while I spent just a little more time helping one more person. He is truly the best man in my life. And i thank Heavenly Father daily for us finding each other being together. He’s so awesome that even on days off like todays snow day, he still did some of the honey do list for me! Here’s the thing, find someone to support you on your journey. Because having someone there along the way to help encourage and motivate is essential for success. Ask your friends, co workers, parents, spouse, cousins, anyone who you know that will support you, or join a support group like the one I have for my clients. One of my fave things to eat is an oasis special which is a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, onions and capers. Today I’m having a modified version which is rice cakes, avocado and smoked salmon. It is surprisingly very satisfying!!! Day 14 of my detox/elimination meal plan. I feel lighter, I’m way less bloated, have more energy, not as sluggish and down 12lbs!!! No filter sweaty selfie I’m going thru such a rut right now. A rut in life, this business, homeschooling, working out, motherhood...my anxiety is sometimes debilitating. I don’t talk about it because frankly, I’m embarrassed. I let myself think, it’s not real, you’re being irrational, these feelings are stupid etc...which is how I tend to deal with a lot of situations. I talk myself down. While I know this is not good. It is real. While my social media activity has been very low recently, I am proud to say that I am still getting my workouts in! It is not easy, especially when my head is running circles around me, and im telling myself every excuses in the book on why NOT to do this. Believe it or not, it doesn’t just help my physical but it definitely helps my mental game. My point is, life is not easy, AT ALL. But it’s super important to do something for YOU that will help your mental health (a plus when it gets your body moving!) So this holiday, when you’re busy running around setting up for parties, buying presents for others, donating time etc, to take time for yourself! Do something for YOU! Monday we are starting a new holiday challenge group with motivation, accountability, ears to listen!! (Of course work out & meal plans too!) Ugh, the other night my computer just quit on me. A message popped up saying my system ( chrome os) was missing or damaged and that I needed to recover it. Since then, this is my 3rd time trying to correct the issue. It's not looking good though ☹️ I intended to buy a new one soon anyway (thinking of switching to Apple... finally 😅) but I didn't really want to do it this moment considering its this time of year. But that just might be the case. We will see, if I can get it working again so I can wait a little longer because I do not necessarily need a new one just yet! . . . Long story short, I use my computer for my workouts. I didn't realize how much I relied on it until I didn't have a working one. But as long as I have my phone ( or any other device) I can literally workout anywhere, anytime. I'm all about convenience. And what is convenient for me is to be able to workout were im comfortable, my home. But to know I can go anywhere & be able to access my workouts holds me accounatable. No excuses here 🙈 where there's a will there's a way! Now it's time to get in one of my favorite workouts of the week, Cardio core. Never thought I'd like cardio this much 😂 #athomeworkoutsaremyjam

Change doesn't happen over night. It takes time. It takes discipline. It takes courage. It takes consistency. Theirs no shortcuts. Just show up each day. Start small. I guess you can say I had a pretty productive day. Was able to leave work a bit early, went straight to acupuncture (self -care) ✨ visited my old job ( where so many friendships were made❤️) was able to sit down with a good friend of mine who is a designer & shared with me how and what goes into building a website. I was very curious to learn. At least a little bit about it, for now. (I definitely want to learn it all) but it will take some time. I didn’t realize how much time & skill is needed to design a website. It was pretty awesome to watch, not just the website being created but @jamesfletchr // @jayethecreator passion when teaching me. He loves to create and that definitely shows! So thank you for teaching me a little bit about what inspires you! . . I think a future project is calling my name #create#design#bakergonedesign?

You only get stronger and better when you show up daily! Guys, I’ve never worked like this before. I’ve never been able to stick with a program for more than a month or so, and when I mean stick with it, I mean do every workout and not half ass it when I’m working out! I’ve wanted for every New Years resolution for as long as I remember to have daily exercise (because I like it) be my habit. And this was the year that it finally happened! I think it was because of 2 parts! 1) my 80 workout program with the goal to do all 80 workouts. 2) I freaking wanted it! Want results? Want to create change? You have to work for it! Every day! Even on the days you don’t really want to because that’s what makes change! Now I’m ready to rock a new workout in the beginning of next year and I already know I’m going to complete it I already know I’m going to work hard. And I know that as much as it might be be hard, but I can do hard! I have to keep challenging myself to get the results I want! Today was a beautiful day- had to take our workout outdoors. 💚 I’m so damn proud of my baby sister (for many reasons). She has decided to take control of her health- not to wait but to start NOW. She has never enjoyed working out (haha 😭) but damnit it’ll be my mission to help her find types of workouts she enjoys and help her along her journey! 👏🏻❤️ She is an incredibly strong woman, and in many ways I look up to her. I know if I can do it, so can she!! And so can anyone!! 😊No matter where you start you HAVE to take that first step. So the past couple of weeks I've had pain in my left shoulder ( pretty sure it's a pinched nerve ) I've been going to acupuncture, which does help but unfortunately I’m still in pain . It mostly flares up at work + when I'm driving. My whole arm goes numb at points. Today I really focused on that area where the pain is and if it was starting to flare up I would try to relax my body ( specifically focusing on where the pain would start) which actually worked. I was able to make it through the day without being in so much pain! Just by acknowledging the pain, I was able to control it as best I could. I easily could have given in to the pain and let it control how I felt the whole day, but I didn't let it. Moral of the story is you have control in how YOU react to a situation you are in or given. good or bad. You can change how you feel by changing what you think. It has took me some time to realize this and actually put it into action. Today I used this technique so wouldn't scream + cry at the same time 😅 ( yes it hurts that bad ) but I always try to be aware of this in any situation I am in. Definitely something to keep in mind. . . On that note, going to put a nice ice pack on my shoulder while I watch an episode of The man in the high castle. Have you heard of it? Have you watched it? I just started it and already obsessed! Let me know if you have seen it and tell me what you think! It's pretty crazy that this could have been the outcome. 🌎
This is the best thing I've done for myself....getting healthy!! Truth be told, my sweet hubby had to buy it for me because I hate buying for myself. He hated seeing me cry because I hated how I looked and couldn't find clothes that fit and looked pretty😢. It was a 3 step process: my friend shared what she was doing and I showed him and said yeah that's a gimmick, he researched it and saw no it's not so bought it for me, but it was ME who had to do the HARD work!!! And boy has it paid off!!!💪😍 I went from tired and moody to less tired, less moody, MORE CONFIDENT, happier!! 🤗 I have a great outlet for my stress. I have realized how important it is to invest in myself instead of always pouring 100% into others. It's ok to take 20 to 40 minutes a day and give back to me so that I can then give even more to my family. It's my "me time" if you will, and the change over the last year has been major!! In more ways than physically too...it's been a whole mindset shift! You have to make that first step and put in the hard work though!! When you push yourself, amazing things can happen! I hear it all the time how moms struggle to find time to exercise with their kids at home. But, it is possible! Every morning I make it a goal to workout after my eldest son goes to school and before my second son goes to preschool. It’s not easy and most days, I’m late to drop off now. But...I’m getting it done. No excuses. Just buckle down and do it because if I don’t do it then, it’s 10 times harder to do later! Sit down with your schedule and every obligation and commitment you have on it and look for a small pocket of time. Just 30 min is all you need to find when doing home workouts. If you go to the gym better plan in the travel time there and back again so that when your alarm reminding you to do your workout goes off, YOU HAVE NO EXCUSES! Oh- and pick out your workout clothing the night before so you know what you’re wearing and don’t have to try and find it and go into your workout time. Make time in your busy day to just get it done! And with consistency, it will become a daily habit! I’ll be trying out 6 new workouts this week which is in addition to one of my favorite programs 🙌🏻 I did the first workout last night and it got me all excited for the next couple of workouts this week! I’m just kinda floating around with my workouts right now. ( not sure yet which program I want to start next🤔) so this week I chose a 6 day program to follow. : : I like to take it week by week anyway, because if think to far ahead I know I'll overwhelm myself which won't be good and I will end up being less productive. Night workout because mom life happened but I made a goal to do all 80 workouts! So I got it done. Check out My 2 favorite butt building moves just using these loops! Give them a try! ( don’t forget to do the other leg too!) When’s the last time you made a promise to yourself and completed it, no matter what it took to complete it? It would hav even so easy to skip this workout because it was 9pm, I was already tired from a long day with the kiddos, and it was just 1 day. But you guys! I made a promise to myself that I would only miss a day if I really had to. And I didn’t “really” have to miss this one! Each week I make tome in my schedule to workout. And if that time doesn’t work then I have to find an alternative time. And sometimes that’s at 9pm. But I still got my workout done. I didn’t break my promise. And that is what matters. It’s through doing the hard, even when you don’t want to, that creates the biggest changes. Pick your hard. We all have the same choice every single day. To Exercise because you have goals. Or not to and stay where you are. You want that change you have to make it happen consistently! If you’re ready to dedicate yourself to you and commit because you’re like me and tried and tried again and again and nothing worked, you need to message me! And yes, to start before the new year because you are worth it! So What really makes this work??? . 💥Consistency💥 . 80lbs I gained over a 3 year period🙈 and it was a time I felt my lowest... . No confidence, No motivation, No energy . But with the right tools to SENSIBLY regain my confidence, strength, motivation & energy...I was on the road to a new lifestyle✌ . Today looks alot different for me than it did a few years ago. . Consistency will look different for everyone. . I show up for myself everyday now because I know how I felt before🙁 . And by making a few small changes daily, has brought this smile back to my face. . It's not going to be easy everyday. . You have to put in the work if you want to see changes... . It is possible... . Just stop telling yourself you can't & start doing❣

I just completed my 7th week of Liift 4 and it was so cool for this crowd to pop in at the end of the video to cheer me on! 😁 Only one week to go! I will possibly be ready to share my results when I complete the workout program. They can't all be seen as much as they are FELT right now but that's why I am doing another round after this! I won't lie, today was the hardest workout yet. I got that cold Lucas brought home and had to modify so I wouldn't cough up a lung but it still kicked my booty! The reason I did it anyway was that this finished my week and now I have two days off! This is a dream workout program for me at this stage of my life! I have had major sleep disturbances this year, and not just because I had another baby. Sometimes my mind says my body is too weak and tired to exercise but with only 4 weekly workouts to do, I have committed to never missing one and I have achieved that! Only four more workouts and I will have finished my first program in quite some time!
