The final film of Phase 1 in the MCU is The Avengers. - - So right off the bat The Avengers is the best film out of the first phase of Marvel Studios second being Iron Man. What makes this film so unique is that it's the very first film to ever cross multiple superhero franchises into one movie which felt like a risk maybe at the time. All the performances were fantastic with Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury having a bigger role in this film same thing with Jeremy Renner, Scarlet Johansson, and Mark Ruffalo replacing Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. The villain Loki ended up not being dead had such a huge redemption from being some kind of side villain from Thor to wanting to be a king for earth. The score by Alan Silvestri is absolutely unforgettable especially the Avengers theme. The visual effects is also absolutely amazing with the chitauri army to making making Hulk more real looking. So basically everything about this film was awesome from the story, to the villain, the characters, and the mid-credit scene with Thanos finally making his first appearance. So overall The Avengers is one the best MCU films made and I would say, was a stepping off point for Marvel Studios to make a lot more movies at the time of its release. So The Avengers will be getting a 10/10 rating and is the best film in Phase 1. #marvel#marvelstudios#avengers#ironman#captainamerica#thor#hulk#hawkeye#blackwidow#nickfury#tonystark#steverogers#brucebanner#clintbarton#natasharomanoff#philcoulson#loki#stanlee#avengersendgame#thanos
this is the start of a “high school series” collab that I’m doing with @sweet_rogers and @shmaptain__ashmerica! all of these stories will take place as if the reader is in high school, and we are each doing three different characters, and each character will have 1-2 parts. be sure to check out their accounts for more characters! this is part one of Loki’s story💚~ (third person POV) Loki stood at the front of the room, foot tapping nervously. Rows upon rows of unimpressed students stared back, taking in his foreign clothes and long, black hair. “Hello,” he said, his uncertain accent penetrating the air. “I’m Loki, of Asgard.” The teacher, whose name Loki hadn’t bothered to learn, nodded and pointed to an empty seat next to a pretty girl with y/h/c hair and long eyelashes. “Sit next to Y/N.” The girl flashed a quick smile at Loki before returning to her worksheet. She didn’t seem like the talkative type, which suited Loki just fine. He had never been comfortable in social situations, and that discomfort had amplified since moving to America. Not only was he the new kid here, but now he was the foreign kid, as well. At least on Asgard, Loki always knew where he stood. He hadn’t had many friends back home, so there were no painful goodbyes. In fact, most people either ignored him or bullied him. He hadn’t expected America to be any different, but still, he felt a pang of disappointment in his chest as he realized things here weren’t going to change. === After school, Loki caught a ride home from Thor, who had already become friends with the popular football players. Loki tuned out Thor’s excited chatter with the screams of a punk Asgardian band. As they got out of the car, Loki and Thor stared up at their new house. ‘Leave it to Odin to choose a house like this,’ Loki thought to himself, groaning inwardly. As if he could sense Loki’s thoughts, Thor placed a hand on his brother’s shoulder. “Chin up, brother,” he said.
