I’m not sure I agree with the use of the word “obsessed” here.  When people ask me when I workout, I tell them. Five days a week, I’m at the gym for a little before 5am. That’s my “me” time. I train hard, come home sweaty, feel accomplished and it gives me a great boost of energy to start my day. Throw into the conversation that I do a few days of #intermittentfasting and they walk away shaking their heads.  People think I’m nuts when I tell them this. Why? Because “obsession” to one person is “determination” to another. Judge me if you want, that’s fine. That’s on you. But I will make 2019 MY year. #healthybreakfastideas 🥞  Normalerweise esse ich an den Wochenenden so zwischen 11 und 12 Uhr, je nachdem, wann die 16 Stunden fasten um sind. Dann gibt es für mich fast immer #skyr Natur mit verschiedenem Obst.  Manchmal brauche ich aber auch mal etwas anderes, um nicht nur Abwechslung reinzubringen, sondern auch, um meinen Appetit zu stillen. Denn es gibt nichts schlimmeres, als unzufrieden zu bleiben, nachdem man gegessen hat. Sonst kommen nämlich die Gedanken an die wirklich GUTEN Dinge, wie Schokolade oder andere Süßigkeiten, die uns doch in der Vergangenheit immer so zuverlässig  befriedigt haben.  Und da ich Lust auf etwas richtig Leckeres zum Frühstück hatte, was aber trotzdem nicht extrem ungesund sein soll, hab ich mir spontan dieses Rezept überlegt:  1 Banane 2 Eier 1 Tablespoon Skyr Natur  1 Tablespoon gemahlene Mandeln 1 Teaspoon Vanille Extrakt 1 Teaspoon Backpulver  Alles zusammen Musen, entweder mit einer Gabel oder für eine richtig sämige Konsistenz in den Mixer 😊  Und dann einfach in eine heiße, richtig gut geschichtete Pfanne. 🔥😍Shakshuka🥚🍅🍃 - Love this by @feelgoodfoodie - - INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 medium onion, sliced 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cans (14 oz diced tomatoes) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon coriander Salt and freshly ground black pepper 6 eggs Fresh cilantro, for garnish Crusty bread, for serving - INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat olive oil cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions become soft and translucent. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until the garlic becomes fragrant. 2. Pour in the tomatoes, and add in the cumin, paprika and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the tomato sauce begins to thicken like a stew, about 10-15 minutes.  3. Create 6 small wells in the tomato stew. Gently crack the eggs into the skillet over the tomatoes in the wells formed. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet and cook until the egg whites have set, about 10 minutes. 4. J’ai juste cuit les pdt, réduit le tout en purée ajouter quelques assaisonnements, et voilà ! Il faut juste que la purée soit bien refroidie avant d’être passé au gaufrier.  Trop jolies quoi 😅 !
