The sun’s shining and it looks like Spring isn’t too far away. So, here’s another recipe perfect for when the sun is out. The Raspberry Cardamom Lassi. Yoghurt, cardamom and fresh raspberries. What could possibly go wrong yeah? Especially since the Mango Lassi is becoming pretty much the run of the mill🤷🏻♀️ _______________________________________ Blend one cup of fresh raspberries, two tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and quarter of a teaspoon of cardamom powder until it’s all well combined. Add 500 grams chilled full fat yoghurt along with quarter a cup of water (optional. Depending on how thick you like your lassi. I don’t use water) and blend it all again. Serve right away. See? What gets you up in the morning, you ask? That DENSE starch 👅 We call this The “PBJSP” in my house, I just decided, bc it is a staple in my diet moving forward. Join the movement: Roast that sweet potato in advance (45 min @ 400*) and store in the fridge, idk if it was luck but the skin literally fell off during the reheat. Mashed sp was the clear move, added some @fourthandheart vanilla ghee and topped her with a PUDDLE of Almond Butter & Jelly bc I love myself.
