To make positive, lasting changes in life you need to take steps and make changes towards becoming a better person. So many people complain about certain factors in life BUT fear change!!! If you're "stuck " (you ALWAYS have a choice or an option to seek help) somewhere or in a place that doesn't bring you peace, fulfillment, encouragement, inspiration, value or happiness make a change! Change nothing AND nothing changes.... So next time you think about complaining or bitching about your job, house, friends, spouse/partner, school, etc..... ** Reflect, think about it, and make a change even if that means changing your #mindset and be sure the change IS positive & adds value to your life!✌💞😊 #changeisgood#positive#mindset#believe#yougotthis#mindovermatter#addvalue
Zero Calorie drink options! 🥤These are a few of the drink options that have become favorites in my home. I like drinking water and was never a huge soda drinker before, so this transition was fairly easy for me. I do like the fact that with these options, I can have a little flavor without wasting a ton of calories on a drink! Here’s where I buy them: 1) Zevia Tea - Natural Grocers 2) Tea of a Kind - Kent’s/Harmons 3) Fresca - Smiths/Winco 4) Sparkling Drinks (Assorted flavors) - Costco Start out small. If you drink a few sodas a day, try to limit yourself to just one. Drink more water. Swap one out for an option like one of these. Tailor your plan to whatever help you stay consistent and make progress!
Indian Women, Reality Check!! ✅ Most of the Indian women are brought up with a mentality to BE/LOOK in a certain way. They are pressurised to behave in pre defined ways as per family rituals. And they are obliged to fulfil the expectations of the society. ✅ I am an Indian women and I love taking care of my body. I love going out for walking, running and to gym. In nutshell, I love fitness. SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH!! 💖 Personal fitness is not very common in Indian women and in mid of lot many taboos if you are passionate about your physical fitness, there will be plenty of people around you to tell that its ok to gain weight after marriage or after having kids because you have to devote yourself for family and no need to do anything about your body. All you can do is to feed yourself n family with delicious homemade food (without even considering the health benefits of the meals, meal quantities n timings) as you are not a model or a film star. There will be more people around you who will tell you not to compare your bodies with the ones you see on National/International TV shows/movies as Indian cooking n eating habbits are best to maintain a good body. This actually breaks my heart 😌😐 💖 If you are Indian women and reading this, then I want to tell you that it is OK to put your health on priority. It is OK to take care of your body and well-being first of all. 💖 If you are a father, a husband, a mother or anyone from the in-laws, it is your responsibility to help the women especially after having kids to maintain their health and body because WOMEN deserve it all. All the health, happiness, fitness, wellness n feeling of being self-worthy!! . . . #indiangirls#indianwomen#indianwoman#indianfitness#fitindia#fitindiangirl#fitindianmom#fitindianmoms#blogilates#poppilates#poppilatesofficial#piitster#fitnessmotivation#fitmon#healthiswealth#indianculturalmyths#indianmyth#indianmom#healthfirst#momwholifts#yoga#challenge
Read and think... Reposted from @staythecourse_ - Everyone thinks about changing the world, yet very few people try to change themselves. This is a f*cking tarantula. Every few months they completely shed their hard exoskeleton to allow for growth that has occurred. It takes over 5 hours to complete change, and even after they molt, they are fragile and soft for a week afterwards. There’s a lesson to be learned here...in that, it takes time to change. Repeat, IT TAKES TIME TO CHANGE! Growth can leave you vulnerable and weak, but you get bigger and and stronger every fucking time. #staythecourse#midweekvibes#changetakestime#growth
