Had a very humbling day today at the gym. Tried strongman training for the very first time today. Trying to bring out my inner @troy_ironvillians. It's all new to me which I think is why I enjoy it so much. It's a constant challenge. Really have to get the form down. Started light but still really felt it. I stepped on something on the Yoke Cary and got way off balance. I have to keep grinding it out. Shout out to all those that do this on a normal basis because it is tiring. My OTF’ers and anyone who would like be most effective with this exercise 🙋♀️👏 Runningman/Mountain Climbers - The strength created in your core, glutes and shoulders along with a sizable calorie-burn will be maximized if performed correctly. A slight tweak of the body can make or break this move. How-to: Plant hands about shoulder-width apart on the ground and lean over your hands (as if you are peering over a cliff) so your shoulders are directly over your wrists. Minimize the fall-back of the shoulders as you press legs into a plank pose and then, alternate driving each knee into the chest. Keep your eyes looking slightly ahead rather than down toward your legs. A controlled pulling in and up of the core while not holding your breath will help keep your spine in line. Enjoy this exercise at OTF or in your own workouts! 🔥
What gets you excited? What makes you absolutely giddy and joyful? Watching my daughter in absolute joy on the swings gets me every time. We are never too old to rediscover joy like this. Figuring out what does this takes work...and I'm loving this process of finding that out.

I went someplace new, I tried new things, and Today, I took a left when I needed to take a right, I explored. Rolled down the windows Did an entire one show women in my car 😂 and I enjoyed the moment. . So here is to Sunday.
