Smoothie Goals 😎 . There are a few things i would like to point out here . Frozen fruit is an absolute must! . How many times have you bought fruit with the intention of being 'healthy' and all that has happened is its grown a little fury blanket and been thrown in the bin? . Frozen fruit has all of the benefits of normal fruit, but you can just chuck it in the freezer and it stays good for a long long time . Plus, its around £2 for a 500g bag (sometimes even cheaper depending where you get it) . A cheap blender is around £15-£20 (again, depending on where its from) and can be used everyday. A very good investment in my eyes! . Replacing normal milk with coconut milk can save on excess calories and tastes great. If you want something a bit thicker, almond milk is also low calories and has more of a milky taste to it . Greek yogurt (Not Greek style) will give you more protein which will keep you feeling fuller for longer and will also add a creamy texture and thicken your smoothie up . So here's how simple it is - . 2 Cups of your chosen frozen fruit . 1 Tablespoon Of Greek Yogurt . 1 Teaspoon Of Peanut Butter . 1 Scoop Of Strawberry Protein Powder (Optional) . Fill Up With Water, Coconut Milk Or Almond Milk . BLEND . An easy and very nutritious smoothie with lots of protein, vitamins and minerals to have for breakfast, before or after exercise, or just something which will keep those craving at bay . Calories are around 300-500 depending on the size of your portions. But rest assured, after one of these you will not be craving anymore food for a while! . Happy Healthy Monday!

Am I too predictable? 😂 I’ve been eating this 3-4 times a week and I fall in love every damn time... ❤️ this variety of sweet potato has the PERFECT balance of starchy and sweet that is oh so satisfying and delicious 😋 ALSO it was my first time trying frozen cassava and baking it too which was interesting! It came out super crunchy but soft and dense inside and reminded me of a weird blend between potato wedges and prawn crackers LOL 😝 hope you’re eating your favourite foods for dinner too!
