the R E B I R T H (east oakland) 📸 • This is one of the most notorious drug dealers in Oakland history, Darryl Reed aka Lil D. Darryl spent 28 years in prison for selling drugs and he is now giving back to the Oakland community through mentorship. I pray for his continued success as he reaches back to help those in need 💪🏿. @officialdarrylreed @officialdarrylreed @officialdarrylreed

Tied with a rainbow, recalling the full spectrum of the chakra system, each knot nestled in between soothing feldspar stones is a unique combination of colors. Feldspar increases your self respect, self esteem and self awareness. It helps you in honoring yourself as a woman, honoring your sexuality and ability to create new life. If you have the habit of continually selecting the wrong partner, feldspar can help by reminding you that you are valuable all by yourself, not just as an extension of someone else. The mineral feldspar provides you with feminine, moon and Goddess energy. This mala is secured with a lotus engraved guru bead. The lotus seed begins deep down in the muck and mud. It sprouts and finds its way through the mud and grows up up up through clear water and finally blooms on the water's surface. Because of this, it's a symbol that has been used extensively through yogic traditions.
Beauty found at butterfly beach ✨🌸🌊🌝✨ The tides ebb and flow as the moon waxes and wanes 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕 The power and force of the recent King Tides called my inner child forth. I didn’t get up on the wall like these kids did, although I wanted to... yet the photographer in me was calling louder than my inner child rebel. Photographing all of these little dare devils was way more fun than the idea of personally getting soaked, so I let the kids play. Save my fun for the low tides. TPK out in *almost full force. i AM the Tide Pool Kid. *When TPK is in full force, all of my clothing would be soaked, because inevitably i would end up fully in a tide pool 🏊♀️🦀🐚🐙 My fondest outdoor memories as a kid were our winter day trips to the tide pools at Swami’s beach in Encinitas CA. Give us an hour or two, and we would be swimming in our clothes trying to see all the sea creatures. Usually it wouldn’t exactly be on purpose, but when hopping rocks, sometimes you miss and fall in... once one of us was in, it didn’t take long for the rest of us to follow. I remember one time in particular when all 4 of us kids were sitting fully clothed and fully soaked in a round high rise pool, lifted up because the pool formed inside a giant rock. We called it “our jacuzzi”, and we pretended it was... until the mom in charge of us all came and found us, fully pissed that we were completely wet. “How am I going to get you guys home when you’re soaked! It’s 4pm, the sun is setting, and it’s January guys!” We didn’t care. The fun was worth it. These past few days at the beach has been healing for me, recalling the joy and excitement in seeing Mother Nature do her thang. Letting my inner child squeal and play in the ebb and flow... i just simply LOVE the tides, the beauty, the force, Source, joy. How can you let your inner child out to play this week? . . . . . #play#innerchild#soaked#wild#kingtide #🌊
