I got to the gym 5 times this week AND I hit all my intended muscle groups! This is a huge accomplishment for me. A lot has been going on and since we moved I have not prioritized my workouts. Last Sunday night I looked at my calendar and decided on the days I was going to hit the gym. This helped me stick to the plan, especially later in the week when exhaustion from work hits me. If you are struggling with this, which I’m sure many people are, put it on the calendar. • #workoutroutine#workout#newhabits#youcandoanything#success#applewatch#exerciseroutine#habits#calendar#scheduleit

🌒Artemisa Moon Calendar is a lunar-menstrual calendar born as a tool for approaching and reappropiating our menstruator bodies. • 🌓Through this calendar, each menstruator body will be able to deepen and enjoy the journey that is self-knowledge and exploration. • 🌔We offer you, with this calendar, the opportunity to break through the pre-established frames that society has imposed over your body, this garden you inhabit; to discover, understand and love yourself a bit more • 🌕Through violence, domination and power, menstruation has been made invisible: subedited to the dirty, the mysterious, dark and undesired. It's because of this that we need to accept menstruation, give it a voice and make it visible; to be capable to give back to us the hidden power that it holds. • 🌖Menstruation entails much more than bleeding once a month and having a certain anatomy; it's a cycle of four weeks that affects us at a physical, psychic, emotional and social level. •• 🌗Menstruator bodies have a cycle of 28-30 days, as the moon (although we can find other cycles as we are wild nature and each body has its own rules). Inside this 4-weeks cycle, we can distinguish 4 phases: the pre-ovulation, the ovulation, the pre-menstruation, and the menstruation. Through listening to our whole cycle we can discover how works our body, how we change during the different weeks and also reduce and transform physical and emotional pains (like cramps or depression). • 🌘The Artemisa Moon Calendar is available online for free, in english or in catalan (arabic and hebrew soon). Download it and start to know more about yourself! #mooncalendar#menstrualcalendar#calendar#selfknowledge#feminism#transfeminism#women#empoweringwomen#moon#moonenergy#menstrustion#menstrualblood#mooncup
Because I'm a total normal person I've started my calendar mid-February. Anyway, I've decided to share a flip-through but Instagram ruined the quality as always xD most of my entries are inspired by someone else's but I don't remember where I saw all the different stuff. So if I stole your idea, I'm sorry and tell me so that I can give credit to you. -------------------------------------------------------------- #calendar#moodtracker#habittracker#february#march#weeklyspread#art#journal
New Year is the time or day at which a new calendar year begins and the calendar's year count increments by one. Many cultures celebrate the event in some manner and the 1st day of January is often marked as a national holiday. In the Gregorian calendar, the most widely used calendar system today, New Year occurs on January 1 (New Year's Day). This was also the case both in the Roman calendar (at least after about 713 BC) and in the Julian calendarthat succeeded it. Other calendars have been used historically in different parts of the world; some calendars count years numerically, while others do not. During the Middle Ages in western Europe, while the Julian calendar was still in use, authorities moved New Year's Day, depending upon locale, to one of several other days, including March 1, March 25, Easter, September 1, and December 25. Beginning in 1582, the adoptions of the Gregorian calendarand changes to the Old Style and New Style dates meant the various local dates for New Year's Day changed to using one fixed date, January 1. The widespread official adoption of the Gregorian calendar and marking January 1 as the beginning of a new year is almost global now. Regional or local use of other calendars continues, along with the cultural and religious practices that accompany them. In Latin America, various native cultures continue the observation of traditions according to their own calendars. Israel, China, India, and other countries continue to celebrate New Year on different dates. . . #happy#happynewyear#newyork#mommy#happiness#nice#niceday#prayfortsunami#prayforme#prayforparis#healthy#health#lovestory#love#lovelife#new#hope#faith#year#papa#london#calendar#2019#pig#pigeon#chinesenewyear#cny#pray#spirituality#spiritual . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
