🌈 The power of colour! There is a scientific fact that different cultures perceive colours and their symbols in different ways, so it’s vital to localise your website’s design or take into account the different psychological impacts for an appropriate global version. 🧠 The appropriate choices of colours may subconsciously bring your consumers closer to your brand or push them away. The colour blue, 💙 for example, can be soothing and represent trustworthiness to Americans. Blue to Mexicans is their colour of mourning. But did you know that blue is a really important colour in France? It’s the national colour and French people generally have a positive reaction to it. Testing your ‘Buy now’ button colour in blue on your French site could lead to more clicks. However, in Germany, people have a more problematic relationship with the national colours—lots of yellow, red, and black on your site is likely to put them off. The favourite colours of Chinese 🎎 audiences are red and gold. ❎ Green is somewhat negative, especially when it comes to men. 💛 In north America and Europe Yellow is a positive colour in most countries except Germany, where it represents envy. 💜 Purple is often associated with royalty, however, in Brazil and Thailand purple is the colour of mourning, similar to White in China, Korea, and some other Asian countries. What’s your favourite colour and what does it mean to you? 🤔👇 . . . #colourpsychology#colorpsychology#webdesign#graphicdesign#colour#powerofcolours#powerofcolors#userexperience#ux#customerpsychology#userpsychology#onlinepsychology#colorscheme#webdesigntips#graphicdesigntips#entrepreneurs#startups#ecommerce#smes#pymes#businesstips#uxdesign#uxinspiration
⚡️ hunted for weeks for a pair of white jeans with a raw hem wider leg opening - @madewell had them! AND in a tall length! Finally a cropped style jean that doesn’t awkwardly hit the middle of my calf 🙈
Taken from my LinkedIn post: Sooooo, I'm incredibly grateful to be nominated and in the mix for the Entrepreneur of Excellence Award hosted by the National Diversity Awards again. But I'm also super stoked to be nominated in the Positive Role Model Award category for the first time! As I always say when I make these announcements..it's nothing but an actual blessing and this will mean more to my mentees than to me. It'll give them the driving force to go on and achieve what they put their mind to whether it is in the legal sector or otherwise. If you think I'm a worthy winner for either category, please do cast your vote using the link in my bio. I know we all live uuuuuber busy lives so no bother if you don’t find the time to follow the link! I know I sound like a broken record when I say this but really, if you’re in a position to shape someone else’s career or help them get a leg on the career ladder. Do it. Don’t get me wrong, it is exhausting but It is SUPER rewarding. Finally, thank you (I guess!) I always second guess myself when I write rambling statuses about keeping it real but I receive a lot of positive messages in response so thank you for being part of the journey. Now, I'm off to tell my mother we have another awards ceremony lined up! #love#determination #business #businessman #businesswoman #businessowner #businessowners #businesscoach #businesswomen #businesslife #businesstips #businessminded #motivation#law#lawyer#solicitor#quotestoliveby#lawstudent

If you’ve been around the Unstoppable community for awhile, then you know how honest I strive to be about my weaknesses and shortcomings. It gives you the opportunity to learn from my mistakes so you don’t have to make the same ones.⠀ ⠀ Vulnerability and honesty will get you to where you want to be. In @brenebrown's research from years ago, she found that vulnerability was essential for thriving. She didn't want that to be the case, because back then she sucked at vulnerability, but she slowly learned how to embrace it better.⠀ ⠀ Vulnerability is an uncomfortable emotion. It’s about letting go of control, even though that’s hard to do. As someone who's proactive and a planner, it’s hard for me to let go of control sometimes. But, I know how important it is to share not just the wins, but the bumpy road it took to get there.⠀ ⠀ Plan your day and your life, but don’t forget to lean into the uncomfortable emotions too. If you can do that, you’ll avoid burnout and you’ll know yourself better. You’ll be on the road to success (whatever that means for you), which is exactly where you deserve to be. You’ve earned it!⠀ ⠀ Start by taking a breath and asking yourself: “how am I feeling on a scale from 1 to 10?” Do this every time you have a free moment. In line at the grocery store, at a red light, in the shower. Instead of pulling out your phone, ask yourself this question so you can get a feeling for where you’re at, so you can decide where you need to go from here.⠀ ⠀ Tell me - have you taken the time to sit with vulnerability or have you let being busy numb it out? 👊 #getunstoppable ⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀ #vulnerability#brenebrown#makeaplan#happy#motivation#businessmindset#successmindset#entrepreneurlife#focus#adventuretosuccess#businessmentor#adventurer#growyourbusiness#growthmindset#entrepeneuradvice#businesstips#dowhatyoulove#beyourownboss#limitless#thappylife
Developing your team is just as important as selecting them. Yes, they bring their own set of skills to the table, but #training and #developing your team is equally important to their growth and the growth of your business as they serve as your brand ambassadors.
None of my clients are the same, have the same exact business, or are using the same exact strategies, but they’re all building businesses they’re in love with that also get them paid. _ This is one of the things I love most about my work.I get to meet you where you’re at and help you create a process that works for YOU. _ It’s different for everyone because everyone is different (and building a business isn’t like build-a-bear)...and that’s half the fun and magic of it all! _ Together we get to sift through the confusion and pull out the bigger vision you want to focus on. _ There’s nothing more exciting than the light bulb moment when you’re able to see the big picture and connect the dots so you can narrow in on what matters. This is how overwhelm turns into simplified focus. _ With this, we know EXACTLY what we need to put strategy around and take action on. This is when business becomes simple (not always easy 😉). _ Then, there’s no room to hide behind distraction and we can laser in on the mindset gremlins that are threatening to sabotage your success. _ I also have a thing for keeping it real. My clients know I’m always there to lovingly call them on their BS and celebrate their wins. _ They also know I’m in it with them through the hard and uncomfortable stuff. _ Because, y’all, it’s pretty tough to build a profitable business without a few bumps in the road. And, it’s an easier ride when you’ve got someone riding shotgun who can see what you can’t around the corner. _ Sound like your kinda jam? _ If you’re ready to stop trying to squeeze into the one-size-fits-all business box and want to trade that in for true support to help you build something that lasts longer than last week’s viral video, let's talk! Book a free call to talk about working together through the link in my profile. 💃 _ Let’s get you out there, out of your own way, and making more money doing what you love. And let’s do it YOUR way. _
🚨Have you heard this?🚨 🤔 . . . Well I can’t say it enough! . . . Use the rule of one and resist the urge to talk to a broad audience and offer them every amazing idea you have. . . . 1- Reader . 1- Offer . 1- Promise . 1- Big Idea! . . 👏👏

Having a mentor is a must for everybody. It’s great to have someone to bounce ideas off, open doors and opportunities and keep you accountable. Someone who isn’t your manager, so you don’t worry about asking silly questions or tells by your dreams and aspirations. When I worked corporately one of the best pieces of advice I received was from a mentor, who said he was happy that I was getting involved in a project but to remember that I had a day job and I had to make sure that was working while I was away - the buck stopped with me and I had to be successful in my day job to earn the other opportunities. It was a valid lesson and something my line manager didn’t share as he gave me the ‘opportunity’. Do you have a mentor? What’s the best lesson you’ve learnt from them?
We really don't. Everything is based on cues you have dropped. It has been proven that people who dress well are more likely to be treated better than people who do not. I was speaking to someone recently and the person had this promiscuous vibe and I won't be surprised if someone else tagged that person a prostitute without getting to know her. But really, everything people assume or believe about you is based on something you have done, you have said, you have spoken highly of or the way you look. So if you don't like how people treat you then check the cue you are dropping. Check it. . . Tag and share this to everyone that needs this.
