Baby season is practically upon us, and as a result, we desperately need to stock up on milk replacement formula! We use Royal Canin babydog milk for a variety of young mammals - from the foxes, badger, squirrels and rabbits already eating us out of house and home, to the inevitable hoglets we will have in summer! As we ready ourselves for the annual baby invasion, Royal Canin is now at the top of our wishlist 🍼 If anyone can help us feed hungry mouths by purchasing a tub, we would be so grateful, as always 😊 Thank you! We spotted puffins on our Farne Island trip last June. They were so cute. It was the 1st time I'd seen a puffin in the wild and couldn't get over how full of character they were and how fast they flap their wings when flying!
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 22: Proud of. Bit late with this one! When someone buys my work (even a card) it make me proud and motivates me to keep going. When I’m engrossed in a new artwork I have a lot of doubts but when people seek me out for a commission, stock my products in their shop, hang my work on their walls, put a card on their mantelpiece or even like my posts it inspires me to carry on. #proudof
It's not the best photo in the world (it does not do the size of this mother justice) but I wanted to highlight compassion for all the animals we share this world with. This is actually my second queen wasp in 3 days. One at work that flew into reception and one that just flew into our conservatory. Tom actually captured this one for me as I was having no luck at all. The one at work I spent 10 minutes after my shift had finished chasing a wasp around the room that refused to sit still for 5 seconds 😂. I actually have a phobia of wasps so catching one with a cup and paper was a massive deal for me but I don't trust people to do the right thing and catch and release. I fear she would have ended up very much dead so I just got on with it. A fear of wasps is pretty common, as are a lot of other insect phobias, but it's important to remember that that is our problem and not theirs. It's not fair to kill something just because we have an irrational fear of something minute in comparison to us. Wasps play an important role (as much as people don't see the point in them) - they eat aphids, are food for spiders and actually pollinate (although nowhere near as efficiently as the bees). They're fascinating creatures. Every creature plays an important role, however small they seem, in our ecosystem. Whether it's to be food for other creatures or pollinating to help grow our food. At a time when insect numbers are plummeting on a disastrous scale it's more important than ever to let them go. At the end of the day a wasp, bee, spider, mosquito, moth, whatever, mean you no harm. . . . #savetheinsects#wasps#queenwasp#savetheearth#compassionforanimals#compassionforall#foralivingplanet#fightforyourworld#phobia#overcomingphobias#shemeansnoharm#survival#insects#nature#naturephotography#britishwildlife#oakham#rutland
Spring is here - the seagulls are trying to build a nest in my chimney and the rabbits are nibbling the bulbs but I love the feeling of everything starting to leap into action! We have a range of pictures if your mum already has too many cushions! Please ask if there is anything special you’d like framed. - Emma 🌷 🌷 #leapinghare#springishere#mothersday#mymum#britishcountryside#britishwildlife
