This allows us to rewire our minds consciously to put direction and identity in our subconscious as well as pull out direction and identity from our subconscious. Emotions and subconscious... . Emotions like fear and anxiety are on our subconscious mode... That’s why we don’t have any conscious when they come, and we can’t control using our consciousness, we have to drive deeper... Driving into subconscious we are able to understand the roots of our feelings... Emotions must be trained as your mind and your body... Pranayama is an ancestor technique to reach our subconscious... I teach more than 100 different kinds of pranayamas with more than 500 variations, each one accessing the subconscious in a very specific way... Those combinations have the power to alter the way how you think and how you react to reality... Those breathing codes are able to tune our body, mind, energy and emotions, creating the optimal frequency for a sharper focus without our emotions eclipsing the reality... This was the most challenging year of my life... So many personal battles that i had to go through to be where i’m... We are exactly where we deserve to be, we are responsible for everything that happens on our life... Adaptability means wisdom... No matter how though is your day you still can choose to smile to everyone... Being humble is the only way to learn... Being grateful is the only way to be happy...
