I woke up feeling a bit anxious this morning. If I’m honest, I’ve been aware of it lurking for the last couple of days. It’s triggering some stuff that I know I don’t need to be carrying with me. And the reason? Spring. Sounds crazy, right? I’ve enjoyed and thrived in winter so much this year that it turns out I’m finding the transition a bit hard. It’s like stepping into the unknown and that doesn’t always sit well with me. It’s made me wonder what I could leave in winter as we move into another season - stuff that has no place in my life anymore and holds me back from flying and thriving more consistently. These beautiful dead seed heads next to the emerging spring bulbs also provided an answer for me.... that not everything has to be left behind. There are things I can carry from winter into the next phase of the year that are empowering and give me strength. As ever, nature provides an answer if I slow down enough to look and breathe. #seasonalliving#goslow#breathe#anxiety#winter#spring

Having understood the knowledge ‘I am’, dwell or abide in the ‘I am’ only, without words. In order to do this you would have to revert and go back to that period that followed after the arising of ‘I am’ or when you just came to know that ‘you are’. At that time you had no knowledge of words or language and lived in a non-verbal state; that state has to be caught and abided in. It really is this green! A magical place to finish the Three Capes Track at Fortescue Bay in #tasmania After 4 days, 48kms (suitable for all abilities) it was so nice to kick the boots off and massage our feet in the sand. It is stunningly crystal clear with a pristine white sand crescent cove - this is the northern end. The full trek itself is generous with its time allowance so you have plenty of time to be taking photos around every bend🤗Thoroughly loved this world class walk, the jaw-dropping views and the overnight cabin stays along the way. The National Park Rangers were brilliantly informative. The facilities are clean, warm and well appointed.
