We are a huge fan of The Coconut Collabrative yogurts and dessert and are immensely impressed with the Pur Project. Coconut cream-based yogurts and dessert pots that are #GoodIndeed and Good In Deed Free from dairy and added sugar, but not temptation. Every year, we work with Pur Project to plant thousands of coconut trees that help the Southeast Asian farmers that we work with. FACT: A fractal is a pattern that repeats the same shape at different scales. Rivers diverging into streams, mountains, leaves, flowers. OTHER FACT: Looking at fractals lowers stress. This may be part of the reason spending time in nature has calming effects. Interestingly, fractal patterns can be found in a lot of art as well. Makes us wonder about the benefits of making your screensaver a picture of a fractal?
As we age, we all occasionally struggle to remember names, dates, and where we put the car keys. This happens for several reasons which are thought to be part of the normal aging process. While we can’t keep these things from happening, nature provides some wondrous tools to help us minimize their impact with ingredients known to support alertness, memory and learning. This reality has led to the production of countless “memory” supplements. However, most only work in a single direction. For maximum memory and problem-solving support, you must take the holistic approach of addressing these issues.. BrainEssence does just that by including phosphatidylserine – an essential fatty acid that countless studies have shown has a positive impact on memory and problem-solving skills; acetyl-l-carnitine – supports specific neurons that encourage memory and learning processes; alpha lipoic acid – helps guard against oxidative damage to cells, and fisetin – helps guard against free radical oxidation. There is also an amazing blend of herbs that have been used for centuries to combat stress and deal with mental fatigue. BrainEssence is so profound, that we guarantee it to your complete satisfaction. #brainessence#healthybrain#mentalfunction#cognition#pureessencelife#brain#brains#brainfood#brainhealth#brainpower#brainfog#braintraining#braingames#trainyourbrain#brainfue l#brainbooster #brainboost#braindevelopment

From childhood we love our toys, until we see a new toy and then we want that one instead. The toy we no longer want is disregarded, that is, until someone else picks it up and loves it like we once did. • In that moment we want “our” toy back. We love that toy again and want it more than anything. This is the human condition and why careers, money, status, relationships or anything else material will never provide true fulfillment. There will always be someone with more money, better looks, more status, etc. • We want their “toy,” but what we really want is the feeling the toy represents- excitement, love, passion, respect, and a feeling of being good enough. • The only reason we want something bigger, better, prettier, or more desired by the masses is because if we have the thing everyone else values, we, in turn, must have value. • But the conundrum is this- it’s those that love, take care of, and cherish their toys who are the ones that can genuinely appreciate the toys of others and would never give up their toys in exchange. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...it is only through time, through the loss of the toys that had character and depth, that we realize the next new shiny thing is only a distraction, a seductive vapor alluring to the soul that doesn’t recognize the beauty promised isn’t in the toy, but in themselves. • Self love isn’t an assertion of better than, it’s a testament of being good enough. • Reach. Aspire. Stretch your fingertips to the sky. And always remember that the only comparison that can bring you into alignment with your most authentic self is the one you meet every morning. The one that looks into the mirror back into itself. The one that’s a little bit better today than it was yesterday. THAT kind of comparison brings growth, the other frustration and regret. • So enjoy the shiny. Appreciate the new. But remember that your eyes and ears are a terrible judge of essence; they can be easily

When I say I'm a work in progress, I dont just mean physically. It doesn't work that way unfortunately. If you want to transform the OUTSIDE, some major changes have to happen on the INSIDE first and foremost. Especially if you are expecting to make lasting positive results. I'd be a broke joke if I bought everything I attempted to read, so I raid the local library. Don't mind if I do!! I research all the good stuff, place holds and read them as they become available. I've been wanting to read The Compound Effect, and I've had that bad boy on hold for what feels like forever. It finally came up yesterday and 👎 their hold processes failed. I lost that one, so I came home with all of these!! #goldmine True story: Giggle worthy. The librarians are always thanking me for helping them adding another good read to their list. Wait, isn't that their job?? 🤷🏻♀️ Totally kidding, I don't mind sharing my finds. Share the love!! My advice to you. Find one good book that speaks to you. Read it. Find another one. And... repeat. Feed your body, mind and soul and watch how much you grow!! . . . #personaldevelopment#goodbooks#brainfood#selfhelp#read#grow#learn#love#laugh#live#workinprogress#insideandout#positivity#library#goodread#bookstagram#bodymindsoul#whatareyoureading

When all of my kids were little I used the rail of the crib as a barre to exercise. I would ask them to show me an arabesque before I would pick them up, (🙄I never said I was a perfect mother, creative yes, perfect no) It became a habit. As soon as I walked in the room they would automatically offer the best arabesque they could balance. You may think that this habit paid off more for some than others (🏆) but having awareness of our own place in time and space is a good habit no matter what dreams you dream. How is your arabesque?
