From childhood we love our toys, until we see a new toy and then we want that one instead.  The toy we no longer want is disregarded, that is, until someone else picks it up and loves it like we once did. • In that moment we want “our” toy back. Keto Friendly Sloppy Joe’s! In honor of my dad’s 60th bday! Happy Birthday Joe! ✨ INGREDIENTS 1 LB Grass-fed Ground Beef 2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter or Ghee ¾ Cup Green Pepper Diced ½ Cup Onion Diced 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic ¾ Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Substitute 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard 1 Teaspoon Whole30 Approved Worcestershire ¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt ¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper ✨ ASSEMBLY 1. In a large frying pan over medium low heat, melt butter and add green peppers, onion, and garlic.  Sauté until onions are translucent.  2. Add ground beef and brown.  Mixing often.  3. In a medium sized bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar substitute, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.  4. Add to ground beef and mix well.  5. Simmer on low for 10 – 15 minutes.  6. When I say I'm a work in progress, I dont just mean physically. It doesn't work that way unfortunately.  If you want to transform the OUTSIDE, some major changes have to happen on the INSIDE first and foremost. Especially if you are expecting to make lasting positive results.  I'd be a broke joke if I bought everything I attempted to read, so I raid the local library. Don't mind if I do!! I research all the good stuff, place holds and read them as they become available.  I've been wanting to read The Compound Effect, and  I've had that bad boy on hold for what feels like forever. It finally came up yesterday and 👎 their hold processes failed. I lost that one, so I came home with all of these!! #goldmine  True story: Giggle worthy. The librarians are always thanking me for helping them adding another good read to their list. I literally have wild blueberries every single day. It’s not even an option for me not too especially during the healing process. . I needed something that would remove heavy metals from my body (during my toxicity) but also repair the damage it did. So here comes in these amazing blueberries! . So I had a Wellness Consult last night, and they are just one of my favorite things about my job! I get to personally connect with people, make friends, and show then how they can personalize essential oils to their life. They are only supposed to last around 30 minutes but they always end up lasting longer😂😂. Anyways, because of my nervous system dysfunction, I can get brain fog and have a lot of trouble speaking and thinking clearly. When all of my kids were little I used the rail of the crib as a barre to exercise. DATE-FREE SNACK BALLS 🌞  For the seed cycler, date- intolerant (like fabian), keto eater, the snacker without dates on hand, or just about anyone who likes tasty things!  While I do enjoy a juicy date, I don’t usually have them in my home. I’ve tried a few times to make balls without them but they either don’t stay together or generally don’t taste great. A little bit of faith & creativity has finally led me to a recipe that stays perfectly in a ball, tastes delicious & adds a healthy dose of fiber. Completely raw, gluten free, vegan, sugar free, & ya know all the things just in time for the Spring Equinox ✨ ______________ • R E C I P E •  1 cup coconut shreds  1/2 cup cashews 1/4 cup whole flax seeds  1/4 pumpkin seeds  1/4 sunflower seeds  Sea salt  Cinnamon  Vanilla 1-2 T lakanto (or any sweetener of your choice) 1/2 cup almond flour  1 T coconut oil  Splash of coconut milk  Add flax seeds into food processor & process until broken up into smaller pieces. Add all other ingredients & process until well combined into a dough. Scoop tablespoon pieces of dough & roll into small balls using your hands. Eat right away or store in the fridge to set & enjoy later. Sprinkle with coconut cream, cinnamon & wild flowers for some self-care decadence 🦋
