I believe that true sustainability doesn’t just look at recycling, reusing or reducing waste. While these are all obviously important, one thing I’ve noticed that never gets talked about is replenishing. This cocktail also takes the root to flower to seed approach. This is the love child of a Gin Fizz & Pina Colada with a tasty🍾Prosecco and Chartreuse bonus👍 Goddamn, it seriously tastes uhh-mayzing!😋😍 Spit Roasted Pineapple @boutiqueygin & Yellow Chartreuse get started on a tastebud party and the rest just play along for a nice ride. . RECIPE: . •20ml Spit Roasted Pineapple Gin •20ml Yellow Chartreuse •20ml Havana Blanco Rum •125ml Pineapple Juice •10ml Lemon Juice •40ml (1egg) White •30ml Coconut Cream Wet shake(ice), strain, dry shake really hard. Pour into glass and carefully pour Prosecco to raise the foam. Topped with blitzed dehydrated lemon crumble & saffron blend. This is my first mix with Boutiquey Pineapple Spit Roasted Gin. It smacks you hard in the mouth (in the best way) with its intense flavour. A fine day for an Autumn Arrival. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You’ll need: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 50ml Don Papa 7 25ml blackberry and thyme shrub 20ml dry vermouth ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir with ice until cold and diluted and strain into a coupette and garnish with thyme and lemon zest.
