💪🏻 WEIGHT TRAINING OR CARDIO FOR FAT LOSS?! 🤷♂️ In short the answer to this question is that weight training is the way to go, however it’s a bit more complex than that ⬇️ The reason for choosing weight training as a means for fat loss over cardio is that it burns more calories and will actually make you lose the unwanted fat opposed to losing muscle 💪🏻 The reason so many people gain weight back so quickly after losing “weight” mainly through cardio is because they were most likely on a very restrictive diet that didn’t focus on macros and relied solely on cardio to lose the weight (most of the time more muscle loss than fat loss), which ends up resulting in minimal muscle definition and have the “skinny fat” appearance 👎🏻 It’s proven that the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will burn because they will be absorbing the energy they need, provided that your diet is in check ✔️ The reason for this is the amount of calories your muscles need after a training session to rebuild the muscle fibres and grow 🧠 Lastly, cardio should be used as a tool for fat loss and endurance instead of the primary method, 3-5x per week at 15-20 minutes each day along with a proper resistance/weight training program 3-5x per week is a good recommendation for someone trying to get in great shape 😎 Got questions? 🤔 Comment below or shoot me a DM 😁

One of the BIGGEST problems I see with “young hustlers” is they want to make tons of money and live the “freedom lifestyle” yet they live a SCARCITY lifestyle when it comes to their health and body. - It’s a problem. - ❌A big one❌ - Because let me ask you a question... - If you can’t consistently grow and improving the ONE THING you have control over... AKA Your Body... - ...How can you possibly expect to grow anywhere else in your life?! - The answer: You can’t. - Why do you think so many celebrities, like Justin Bieber or Shia Labeauf, have drug problems and mental health issues?? - They have millions and millions of dollars, yet they still suffer from depression & substance abuse. - Clearly it’s not the money. - It’s because they lack proper MENTAL & PHYSICAL Health. - You’re body is the engine that fuels the rest of your life. - It’s your greatest asset. - I think my new client, Kaz, said it best on our call yesterday... - “You can make all the money in the world, but if you neglect your health and treat yourself and others like an asshole...You’re still going to be an asshole.” - My main point here? - 👉Stop putting your body second!!!👈 - 🛑 Stop drilling it into the ground with countless work hours and and fueling yourself with sh*t food. - Exercise. Eat Healthy. Rest & Recover. Train your BODY & your MIND to be healthier, happier, and more abundant. - Treat yourself the same way you’d treat a brand new $400,000 Lamborghini Aventador 🚗 - And what you’ll find is the investment in YOURSELF will pay itself back 10-fold 😀 - DM me if you’re ready to take your body and health to the next level 💪 - Peace ✌️ 😎💪 . . #younghustler#grind#healthiswealth#youcomefirst#bodytransformation#sustainableresults#thejustinfeldman#wealthybody#wealthybodyacademy#keeppushing
⚠️BEWARE OF THESE SELF PROCLAIMED "MASTERS" AND "GURUS" YOU SEE ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA⚠️. . Are you a physique competitor who is a victim of terrible advice from your prep coach? Maybe you are, but are not yet aware that there’s a better way. . Now that I’m working with hundreds of bikini competitors, I’m blown away by how horrendous the coaching is out there. Here’s the cycle: . 1️⃣ You work hard to put on muscle mass on your own. 2️⃣ Your coach prescribes you tons of cardio and puts you on a freakishly low calorie diet. The resistance training routine sucks and the coach never looks at your form or asks if you’re progressing. 3️⃣ Your coach runs you into the ground, but you actually look pretty good because of the hard work you did on your own prior to working with said coach. 4️⃣ Because of the overemphasis on starvation and cardio and underemphasis on proper resistance training, you lose muscle and shape, and you look a little bit worse at each successive show. 5️⃣ Since you’re losing muscle, the only way for you to look competitive is to keep coming in lighter and lighter. You’re metabolism diminishes due to decreased muscle mass and NEAT. Eventually, your coach might even suggest that you go on Anavar, T3, and/or Clenbuterol because he’s too ignorant to realize that it’s his inferior program that’s making you look worse. 6️⃣ Now you’re devastated because you’re working so hard but backtracking. . If this sounds familiar, fire your incompetent coach and find someone who actually studies the science of physique training and cares about you as a human being. THE ONLY REASON WHY MANY OF THESE COACHES DO WELL IS THAT THEY INHERIT ALREADY-SUCCESSFUL CLIENTS, THEY TAKE ON HUNDREDS OF CLIENTS AND HIGHLIGHT THE SELECT FEW WHO PLACE WELL, AND/OR PUSH DRUGS ON THEIR COMPETITORS. . Proper progressive resistance training should be the backbone of any physique competitor’s program.
Current status: Daydreaming of sitting under the sun on my yoga mat, cleansing my stones, and reading a book! . . Working a full time job inside an office on days like this are so rough. I’m usually drawn to the moon 🌕 but lately I can’t get enough of that sun ☀️ . . I love that I’m continuing down this path of success and motivation! #freedom
