It’s not gonna go perfect 👌 . If a year from now, you were at your goal weight, say 50lbs down, or had abs or just a much stronger core, would it be worth it? . Of course it would. It doesn’t even really matter how long it took. AND if you had a whole week out of the year that you didn’t lose any weight or a weekend that you put some lbs back on, you’d be able to look back and know that it wasn’t a big deal cause you still got there👊 . Your journey will never go perfect and for some reason, that’s what usually stops us. We don’t make it to the gym on day 8 or we have pizza in the middle of the week and then we say “F**k it”🤭 “This is too hard” . Go in knowing you’re gonna make mistakes along the way and we can be way easier on ourselves when it happens. . Stop waiting for the right time and just get started👊
It’s all about finding the balance. The balance of light, the perfect exposure, creating natural skin tones, composition...I always say “shoot to edit”, if you want your image to look a certain way, shoot it so that when you bring it into post you can make the image look and feel how you imagined when you shot it. If you want a detailed shot, don’t overexpose and blow out your highlights in camera..you’ll never get those details back from an over exposed image..slightly underexpose and bring out the detail in post. Develop your style and shoot to edit for that style 👌🏼
Felt so good to be back after 2 weeks off the gym 😁 nice to have a break but I’m so glad I’m back! I’m also very surprised that my strength has not changed at all, still doing the exact same as I was 2 weeks ago!💪🏻 onwards and upwards!!
