Habits & thoughts: Your thoughts can be your reality, Your habits can be what you do and think. Your habits and thoughts can define your outcome from discipline to mastering self. Knowones perfect everyone seeks happiness, and this is also a habit and thought. Some people were born happier than others and some weren't. but thats ok it can be improved on. - Some of us have to do things that we don't want or like due to different circumstances, it can be very difficult and testing. But! if need must to change a habit just identify the habit you're willing to change first and see if it's bringing you any benefits! If it is then you're ok.. IF NOT!! Then see what triggers it off and make small changes. - It can take a person 18 to 21 days to change their habits or habit depending on the person, the circumstances, the situation, or even the outcome. habits are meant to be broken so make it a good one that you're breaking it for. have a blessed week! 😭😫 The fried fish basket from @damunchies18!!! Omfg. It's actually banana blossom! Do you see it though?? It looks like real fried fish, doesn't it?! It was so good. The texture was on point. The flavor was phenomenal. Sooo sooo good. I am so glad that I finally got out to Da Munchies. I ordered damn near everything on the damenu. Thankfully, I'm hitting the gym this upcoming week because babyyyyy, I am gonna have to work all this food off.
I’ve never really been a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies but they are my boyfriends favorite! One of my coworkers gave me their go to recipe and I made a few swaps to make it vegan....subbed earth balance instead of regular butter and 2 flax eggs instead of regular eggs...they have slightly crispy edges but still soft and a little doughy in the center just the way we like them!!!!!!

Have you guys tried chickpea omelettes yet!? It's one of my favorite go-to for brunch. So many ways to enjoy it and spruce it up! . . Seasoned chickpea omelette stuffed with fluffy quinoa, sauteed kale and caramelized butternut squash chunks.
Chickpea Burger Ingredients * 2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas. * 2 tsp. Onion Powder. * 2 tsp. Sea Salt. * 2 tsp. Oregano. * 1tsp of Basil. * 1/2 tsp of Cayenne. * 1 tsp of Dill. * 1/2 cup diced Green Bell Pepper. * 1/4 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour. * 4 round Tomato slices. * 4 chopped Mushrooms. * 2 tbsp of GrapeSeed Oil. * 2 tbsp of Olive Oil. * Pinch of Sea Salt. * 4 round Onion slices. * Alkaline Ketchup. * 2 pieces of Rye Bread. * 1 piece of Kale. * Blender. * Spatula . * Cast Iron Skillet. Directions * Place Cooked Chickpeas, Onion Powder, Sea Salt, Oregano, Basil, Dill, Green Bell Peppers into the Blender. * Pulse it together for 3 seconds. * Checking for the consistency of the blend and add 1/4 cup of Garbanzo Bean Flour slowly, if mixture appears too wet, once to desired patty texture add it to a bowl. * Pour GrapeSeed Oil onto your Skillet. * Scoop the burger blend into a 1/4 measurement cup. * Pour onto skillet. * Let the burgers cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. * Be careful to gently scoop and flip burgers when flipping so that the burgers stay together. * Once Chickpeas Burger is done place on Rye Bread. * Add chopped Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Pinch of Sea Salt an Onion slices to Skillet. * Sautés for 5 minutes place on top of Chickpea Burger. * Add Alkaline ketchup. * Also add Spelt fries or Zucchini fries. * Enjoy your Alkaline Chickpea Burgers. #veganbur#alkalinediet#alkaineherbsandrecipes#chickpeaburger#drsebirecipes#blackvegansofig
