#repost @hiphopsauthor with @repostsaveapp · · · We see this happening all the time. Imagine if he didn’t have the money to hire an attorney. So sad we have to pay and fight for what is naturally ours. Repost from @black.cor using @RepostRegramApp - The Atlanta-based company behind the Super Soaker water gun and Nerf toy guns has been awarded nearly $80 million in royalties from toymaker Hasbro Inc., according to the law firm King & Spalding. Johnson Research and Development Co. and founder Lonnie Johnson have been in a royalty dispute with Hasbro since February, when the company filed a claim against the giant toy company. According to King & Spalding, which along with the A. Leigh Baier P.C. law firm represented Johnson, Hasbro underpaid royalties for the Nerf line toys from 2007 to 2012. “In the arbitration we got everything we asked for,” said Atlanta attorney Leigh Baier. “The arbitrator ruled totally in Lonnie’s favor.” The attorney also said Johnson “is very pleased” with the outcome. Johnson could not be reached for comment Wednesday, nor could Pawtucket, RI.-based Hasbro. The arbitration agreement resolves a 2001 inventors dispute in which Hasbro agreed to pay Johnson royalties for products covered by his Nerf line of toys, specifically the N-Strike and Dart Tag brands, King & Spalding attorney Ben Easterlin said. In a separate breach of contract suit filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta in February, Johnson accuses Hasbro of violating a 1996 agreement to pay him Super Soaker royalties of 2 percent for “three-dimensional products” based on the appearance of the toy and 1 percent for “two-dimensional visual representations ✊🏾 ________________________________________________ 💲DM FOR PROMOTION 👉🏾 @black.cor . . . #supportblack#blackowned#blackownedbusiness#supportblackbusiness#buyblack#blackpeople#blackentrepreneurs#blackpower#blackbusinessmatters#blackwealthmatters#blackempowerment#blackwealthachievers

During the winter it is best to modify your skincare regimen with products that help keep your skin glowing and healthy. Many people experience dryer skin during the winter, so hydration is the key to maintaining your best skin. It is recommended to switch to using a cleansing oil instead of your normal face wash. I personally recommend checking out @purplandprosper or @mybutterbarskin for all natural facial cleansers and moisturizers. 🌹 Exfoliating is also very much still necessary right now. It’s easy to skip on this step because your skim can tend to be more dry and become sensitive but exfoliating 1-2 times a day help with removing dead cells. Exfoliating regularly allows the skin to breathe and give a radiant #glow to your body. Use a body scrub that works well for your face and the rest of your body. Choosing an exfoliant for your body will help reduce build up of dead skin cells on your hands, elbows and feet. I love using a body scrub because it leaves my skin feeling soft, supple and sexy! 🌹 Hydration masks are a beneficial alternative when your skin is feeling extra dry @glamglow @glowrecipe @sephora are good companies to shop with or getting a good facial with a licensed esthetician will help.🌹 Find an oil based moisturizer instead of water based because an oil based moisturizer will create a protective layer on the skin that retains more moisture than lotions or creams.🌹
