This post might be a bit unusual but that's okay. 😉 In thinking about how we each are wonderfully made and completely unique I happened to look down at my finger and notice my fingerprint. The realization that no two fingerprints are the same is astounding when you think about it. Even identical twins with their identical DNA have different fingerprints. In reading a bit about this today I learned that your fingerprints are created with amniotic fluid while you are still in the womb. Everything about your fingerprints has to do with your positioning in the womb, rate of growth, and even the density of the amniotic fluid. Once your fingerprints are formed which is usually completed by the sixth month of pregnancy they will be with you for life. Even after cutting a finger tip the unique pattern will grow back into place as healing occurs. God's attention to detail is amazing. ------------------------- "Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it." Psalms 139:14 NLT ---------------------- So tell me again how some collection of dust particles that existed for no reason exploded, also for no reason and then again for no reason, this explosion just happened to create a world perfectly designed to sustain human life. Tell me how the collection of cells necessary to make a human can be gathered together and assembled in a lab yet cannot actually live without having life breathed into it. We are more than the sum of our parts! Thank God for His beautiful work! God loves you enough to set you apart from every other human in a unique way!
