Relieve your lower back pain with this easy spine lengthening workout! A lot of lower back problems are a result of repetitive impact on the joints that have formed out of correct posture. Working on the pelvic and spine alignment resets the muscle tension from every angle, pulling on these joints. This is one positive step towards optimizing your posture and fully relieving those crucial back problems. Start with 1x set of 10 reps at a slow pace and let us know if you see improvement. R is for 𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪. Recovery is the goal of rehabilitation and it is often what keeps clients/patients invested in the process. The process is by no means linear! However, Brunnstrom's Stages of Recovery are quite helpful in neurological rehabilitation. ➖ The milestones set by Brunnstrom can help clinicians of all levels of expertise in educating patients, as well as in determining appropriate goals and treatment activities. ➖ Scroll through ⏩⏩⏩ to see the stages of recovery and make sure to save this post for your future reference. 😉 It's important to know that not all individuals will experience all stages. Some may jump from one stage to another, some may get "stuck". If an individual is not able to progress to the next stage despite consistent rehab and adherance to home exercise programs, it may be time to consider adaptive devices and compensatory ways of completing challenging tasks.

The first time doing this workout & I loved it! ❤️ I had heard it was a good one so thought it was time to give it a try 😁 It didn’t disappoint! I love having access to hundreds of different workouts & being able to do them on my schedule, whenever that may be (which is usually around 5 AM for me 😜). The trainers are top notch, too, motivating you through the toughest moves to put you in the right mindset to get it done, do your best & giving advice on modifying if you need to. "Learning to love myself, by myself , has truly been a remarkably beautiful journey that hsd taught me the real importance of self love. I am truly learning how to embrace my flaws, imperfections and struggles. But also, I am learning how to embrace my inner being and sense of individuality. I'm learning to love, me ." #beyourselfquotes#beyourself#beyourself💯#beyourselfeveryoneelseistaken#believeinyourself❤️#beyourselfbeamazing#betteryourself#beingyourself#loveyourselfquotes#selfdevelopment#knowledgeofself#selfloveisthebestlove#innerpeace#outerpeacethroughinnerpeace

Food for thought... When you are 99% committed to something there is still room for excuses. Truthfully I feel the 99% commitment is brutal because not only can it prevent you from hitting your goal it causes the internal struggle of really wanting something but not quite bad enough to actually succeed. When I want something badly I commit 100% If I can't commit 100% I accept it is just an interest and enjoy it like any other hobby. I was beyond inspired by our last convention. I also realized I have been 99% committed to our expansion. It is time to up it to 100%! I had a great chat with Ian and he was beyond supportive. He is excited for me to impact so many lives and really help people heal mentally, physically, and financially. I am committing to having my business be 10 times larger over the next 6 months. It's time to change the world! Who is ready to join me?
💥🥵Last Set Push!🥵💥 - When it’s the last set and your triceps have so much blood in them there is basically zero definition. 🤣 FML - Sure just showing up to the gym is a big battle for people. But properly training and having a proper plan. Will either make you or break you. 🤯 - Getting to your goal takes a lot of planning. Make those plans and follow that fucking map to the treasure. 📜
"The truth shall set you free...." . How accurate is that statement. The truth can literally make a weight of a thousand pounds come up off your shoulders. . So I have tossed it around put it off and procrastinated my story of how I became who I am. I have been scared people who thought they knew me would judge me or be mad at me, but I think it's important. . I came from a broken family. Don't get me wrong my parents loved me equally, they just were toxic as a unit. I can recall countless fights and me in the middle trying to stop it because I loved them both. What little I witnessed took a toll though and I was so thankful when they split to not have the drama in my life. As a teen I was a stoner and hid my bad behavior as much as I could. I drank like a fish and was not a good person. . Later on I became a mother and wife at 19 and frankly I wasn't great at it. I had a lot of failures and eventually after another child my husband and I divorced. So here I was with my own broken unit. I was left feeling like I'd never be whole. My depression spiraled out of control. . I met someone we got together but it wasn't until last January I realized I will never be whole until I learned to love myself. So my girlfrand hooked me into one of her challenge groups. I was scared I'd fail and I was scared I'd let myself down. That friend pushed me through it though! Because of her I found a passion in helping others learn to love themselves! . I never thought I'd feel as confident in myself as I do or be able to love myself as I do, but here I am a newer better me!!! . So if you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, or a lack of self confidence girl I am here for you! I want to see you succeed and I can help you get there!!! For info on how to get hooked up into a challenge group to get you on that road comment "♥️" below or feel free to DM me!!! . . . . . . . #truth#happilyfit#fitnessgirl#fitnessfamily#selflove#momminainteasy#momhustle#momoftwo
I’ve always had this thing about societal pressures...that I basically don’t give a flying goat’s behind (yes that’s a thing 🐐) what anyone has to say about what I should be doing. My mom helped with that...it’s something I’m happy about, but don’t get me wrong, I’ve got some regular things to sort through that are rather serious. What does affect me is the enormous level of ridiculous and unachievable expectations that were always expected of me since I could walk and talk. Expectations and goals and dreams are so important, but not when they make you belittle yourself daily for what you aren’t doing. As an adult I’m always living in that balance of giving myself a break and trying to be proud and grateful. That’s my battle...and I’m enormously grateful to not have the battle of feeling societal pressures on top of that. I’ll do things when I want and how I see fit. The person I have to answer to is myself, my family and I have my chosen influences. I wish that for everybody. Don’t let society tell you what you should do, when you should do it, judge your decisions, tell you what’s acceptable or how to feel about your choices. How do you feel about your choices?! I mean this truly!!! Journal, make notes, spend time deep in thought on what YOU think about yourself, your attitude, your actions and that is what you work off of. Not anyone else’s opinions. Now if you VALUE someone’s opinion and you open yourself up to their opinion, teach yourself to look at it with self awareness, respect and understanding where you might learn from it, but be strong enough to toss it aside after careful consideration if needed. Don’t be that person that asks 20 people for advice. Look within and better yourself so you know you are worth listening to ❤️ . . . . . #motivate#inspire#inspiration#hustle#workhard#motivationalquotes#dog#worksmarterandharder#thegrind#inspirationalstories#selfworth#selfaware#values

Have you ever spent time on the court shooting only with your off hand? It’s interesting. You learn a lot about yourself when the arm you’ve always used isn’t working right so you have to make adjustments if you want to keep doing the things you love. I guess that’s why I love my job - I teach people how to keep doing the things they need or want to do when their body isn’t working exactly like it used to.
