Specially because Leila made my skin look so beautiful regarless of my skin condition she made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. Since some of you guys might already know I been struggling with acne and acne scars for the longest which it has been a journey for me. She is absolutely the best she will make you feel much more confident in your own skin which thats how it should be we all need to be included regardless if you have any skin blemishes or not. 💕💕

EDM - Eat Dance Meditate Workshop coming to Waterford, Michigan July 19th at 7:30 PM in the beautiful and spacious @studio8fitnessmi. We will begin the workshop with a simple warm up. The warm up will allow you to feel comfortable moving your body. Then we dance! I will lead choreographed easy to follow routines. The movements will be repetitive. Beginners and dance lovers are welcome. No dance experience required. Then we switch over to the empowering channeled movement portion. During this time there will be guided movements that will be in a seated or standing position. We will also be moving freely as our bodies want to naturally move. This allows you to release your ego and connect with your authentic/most aligned self. As a student you will have two options in this portion of the workshop. You can follow me or you can channel your own empowered movements. We all have the ability to channel and move freely but if the channeling stuff is too over your head right now, that’s ok! You can follow me. Then we will slow it down and work our way to a seated meditation. I will guide you through an empowering meditation. The workshop will end with some healthy snacks & conversation.
