Back to basics with this açaí smoothie bowl. So refreshing as it starts to warm up outside! Mixed frozen açaí purée, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, a banana, chia seeds, probiotic for gut balance, spirulina and l-glutamine for inflammation, bulletproof MCT oil from coconuts to help curb cravings and burn fat, vanilla protein powder, and a handful of greens. Toppings were kept simple with fresh raspberries, coconut, Purely Elizabeth granola and walnuts. Yum! Keeps me feeling full most of the day

Our Wal-Mart has bananas on clearance for $.25 per pound right now. I know that most people probably don't care, but I was thrilled to death. 😊 Any chance to stock up on produce is exciting to me. I bought 20 pounds and spent the afternoon getting them ready for the freezer. I made Luna a batch of treats (pictured), froze 20 smoothies worth of whole ones, and 12 loaves worth of mashed. I'd say we're set for awhile. I know that preserving food isn't everyones idea of a good time, but I was still kind of shocked by the amount of people who walked by and asked why anyone would buy bananas that were already ripe. 1. It saves money. Maybe not a lot, but money is money. 2. You never know what life will bring. It never hurts to have a stockpile, just in case. Cheats are 🆗🆗🆗 Knowing the difference between a cheat meal and a cheat day is very important. I was doing so good but last week I go sick and I got off track ever since then I’ve been trying to get back into it but my motivation isn’t there anymore I haven’t worked out in a week and I’m so disappointed in myself but I’m trying and with this nice weather I hope it gets me motivated again. Sweet with just enough nuttiness from the tahini to not be too sweet. Reminds me of Wednesdays. Two more days until Friday so it drives you nuts. However, it’s sweet knowing that you’re almost there.
