This banana bread is the epitome of you can have your cake & eat it too. . Get ready to be absolutely positively certainly #mindblown by this deliciousness!!!!! Chunky, fudgy, moist on the inside & crumbly on the outside, naturally sweet, no refined or added sugar, chocolatey AF, bursting with peanut butter & banana flavour, it’s a MUST MAKE! 💯 . 1️⃣INGREDIENTS 3 mashed banana & one for topping 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 1 cup creamy peanut butter Pinch of sea salt 1 tsp. pure organic vanilla extract . 2️⃣TO MAKE: Mash the bananas with a fork but keep some chunks in there (thank me later!). Add the other ingredients to the bowl & mix until no cacao powder is leftover. Preheat oven to 350 & line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Spray with coconut oil. Press the batter into the loaf pan, top with the 4th banana & bake at 350 for 26-27 minutes, or until it passes the knife test! Confession: I love to bake 🍪🧁🥧🥮🍰 It’s one of my favorite hobbies. And I don’t want to bake just healthy stuff, with avocado or applesauce subbed in (although those treats can be delicious too!). I bake with sugar, butter, oil, white flour, chocolate and spices. . So how I try to handle it: balance and mindfulness 💆🏻♀️ I enjoy the process of baking cookies, measuring the ingredients, the smells throughout the house while baking, and then indulge in one when they’re still warm out of the oven with a glass of milk 🥛 I think eating a cookie after a crisp salad is fulfilling and nice, and I can truly look forward to it and enjoy it. . Banana bread - Recipe 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 2 eggs 1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large bananas) 1/4 cup milk of choice or water (I used half almond half coconut milk) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 3/4 cups flour of choice (I used half coconut half buckwheat flour) optional extras : 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, sultanas, fresh banana slices on top Mix all ingredients together until forms a batter, put in greased oven tray. In my journey to eliminate processed sugar and flour from my diet to not only detox but help prepare my body for a successful pregnancy (hoping soon!), I came across a recipe that is going to be my go to for a sweet dessert minus all the sugar and flour! This is basically a mini version of banana bread. Thank you @laurenslovelykitchen for this find! I only tweaked it a teeny bit! 1/2 cup of oatmeal 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tablespoons milk of your choice 1/2 mashed banana 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup (or less depending on how much you want to use) of dark chocolate chips. I use “Enjoy Life” brand First, take oatmeal and pulse to a powder in a nutribullet or blender. Then combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium to large bowl. Stir well. Then stir in chocolate chips. Grease 2 small ramikins (or even little mason jars that I posted) with coconut oil. Pour in mixture. Top with some extra of the choc. chips and a few small banana slices. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Banana Bread ❤ source @xian_cookingdiary resep berdasarkan hasil eksperimen pribadi lagi banyak banget pisang dirumah..cuz dibuat kue dehh biar cepet abis hehe bahan a: 3 buah pisang yang besar dan matang,lumatkan dengan garpu 110gr gula halus 110gr mentega salted suhu ruang 2buah telur,kocok lepas bahan b : 180gr terigu serba guna 1sdt soda kue 1/2sdt pure vanilla extract bahan c : 120gr roasted almond 40gr roasted pecan 50gr semi-sweet choco chip cara : 1. kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga mengembang lalu masukkan 3buah pisang yang sudah dilumatkan dengan garpu bersama dengan telur yang sudah dikocok lepas 2. Tambahkan bahan b,lalu aduk rata. lalu tambahkan bahan c. Aduk lagi hingga merata. 3. tuang adonan ke loyang. panggang di suhu 350°F /375°F hingga matang. Grain Free, Delicious Banana Bread🍌 -no added sweeteners, just bananas! -no grains, gluten-free, paleo -SO good -best with chocolate chips😉 4 small/med bananas or 3 larger ones, mashed well 4 large eggs room temp 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup coconut oil melted 1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour 1/2 cup tapioca flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1. Whisk together all dry ingredients. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and mashed bananas. Add vanilla and coconut oil until well combined. 3. Slowly stir the dry mixture into the wet until just moistened and no visible flour remains. Don’t over mix! 4. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Weekends are for banana bread or muffins 💕 I tend to crave sweets a lot more on the weekends than I do during the week...so I made a batch of these banana oatmeal muffins instead of being tempted for a store bought sweet! (which most likely ate made with enriched flour, oil & sugar) My toddler loooves them too, you can add blueberries, chocolate chips, walnuts and have a variety of flavors 👌🏻 Recipe in comments. THIS BREAD IS BANANAS B-A-N-A-N-A-S 🍌 As a wise person once said “baking is science, cooking is art” I am not in love with baking, I don’t like measuring or being restrained by rules, but BANANA BREAD is the exception to the rule. This is the first thing I made for @lex_luth8r & his twin @rbzeff and I think they were impressed. Also, my adorable nephew Jude loves this bread – he could eat a whole loaf solo (see his cute little face in the last pic) CHOCOLATE CHIP XTRA MOIST (I hate that word) BANANA BREAD This was my Nanny Judy’s recipe I modified It’s not the healthiest, but I do make a healthy VEGAN version with coconut oil that’s ALMOST as good. I’ll post that recipe soon! Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 55 min Serves: 5 – 6 people Ingredients: ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup of white sugar ½ cup of butter 2 eggs or 3 if they’re small eggs 1 tsp of baking soda 4 tbs of sour cream (PRO TIP – THIS MAKES ALL BAKED GOODS F*ING AMAZING) 1 cup (usually about 2 or 3) VERY ripe mashed bananas (GREAT WAY TO USE UP THOSE BANANAS YOU DON’T WANT TO EAT) 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour 1 tsp of vanilla 1 tsp salt (salt makes everything taste better – even sweets!) ½ cup of chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark – we don’t discriminate) Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 2. Spray your pan! 3. Beat together sugar, butter, eggs and baking soda 4. Add sour cream, bananas (mash them with a fork before adding them), flour, salt & vanilla. 5. Fold in those chocolate chips 6. Bake for 40 minutes and then turn the oven off for 15 and continue baking. 7. Banana Focaccia—say that ten times fast! This is not your mama’s focaccia (thanks for the line @nngstagram ) I had a bunch of bananas that were gettin’ mushy so I mixed em with some starter and maple syrup and a little whole wheat flour, then put the dough in a pan with about an inch of oil and fridge overnight. Baked then poured maple all over while hot. Def making again.🍌🍌🍌
