Happy Sunday ✨ . Last day of the weekend, what do you have left to do? . Around here we put together teacher and classmate gifts yesterday which felt so good to check off the list! ✅ . Today we are baking what my family calls Nonna Cookies! It’s a light biscuit type cookie recipe passed down from my Nonna, who is my great grandmother on my mother’s side. “Light”as in not very sweet, def not light on the butter 😂 We look forward to these cookies around the holidays and can’t wait to get started! . Do you have any traditional eats and treats you look forward to this time of year? . On deck for breakfast is another Blueberry Almond Crunch Baked Oats by #bakedoatsbytay. 😋 :: 1/2 c oats 1/2 tbsp almond flour 1/2 mashed banana 1/4 c blueberries 1/2 c almond milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder Splash vanilla extract 1-2 tbsp almond slices 1 scoop of vanilla protein 1 tsp flax meal ———————————— Grease small oven safe glass pan and pour your batter in, spread evenly. Place in 350 preheated oven for 25 mins. Once done, let sit 5-10 mins to cool and enjoy! Optional topping is nuts, seeds or drippy PB. . Ps, I didn’t want to do the work this am so I prepped the batter last night and poured in my glass pan. Then this am I baked it in the oven. Worked like a charm!

After a pretty grey and wet day yesterday we've woken up to a sunny Sunday morning 😊 Breakfast is on the go today, so I baked my oats, cut them into fingers and popped them into a tupper for the road 👌 Today I've got choco-banana baked oats with @pipandnut crunchy maple peanut butter swirled into the top before baking 😍 looking forward to these!
Good morning lovely people! This morning I tried something different and baked oats properly (in the oven, not in the microwave 😂) so I made a big tin of it and me and my sister both had it! I tried to make the same Christmas cake oats as last Sunday but I think it could never be quite the same without the pear...! But it was still really good regardless. Plus my sister made hot chocolate, which is sort of scary because I don’t know how much powder she used... especially as it was quite a big mug and so she could have used quite a lot! But it’s okay. I don’t need to restrict. (TW) I properly calculated my calories yesterday for the first time in a while and I’d had about 2800, and probably similar the last few days, which is pretty scary actually, but I’m not even gaining weight so I guess it can’t be too much? Plus... this always happens with my recovery attempts... the first couple of weeks after a relapse I eat loads and then it normalises again (at which point I usually then begin to freak out because I’ve gained a small amount of weight and relapse again, but that can’t happen this time...! I need to keep going regardless.)

I never get tired of baked oats! Haven’t been feeling well the past few days and today I woke up without much of an appetite but I figured I needed to get something down! I added my formula 1 banana caramel protein to them for extra protein & nutrients. I made baked oats recently however I liked this better recipe with the banana on top 😋 hopefully I’ll be feeling better in no time and the rest of you have a great weekend! . . . . 1/2 cup oats 2 scoops banana caramel formula 1 1 scoop vanilla protein drink mix 1 scoop herbalife probiotic 1/3 cup almond milk Sprinkle of chocolate chips Sliced banana on top Preheat oven to 405 bake for 25 min!

chocolate cake for breakfast is always an option. I was originally going to have avocado toast but uhhh no, chocolate wins. This recipe is super healthy while still tasting amazing! . . ▪Chocolate Baked Oats▪ •1/2 cup of oats •3/4 of a mashed banana •1/8 cup of non-dairy milk •1 tablespoon of cocoa powder •1/4 teaspoon of baking powder •1 tablespoon of nut butter . Preheat your ogen to 200°C. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, transfer to a lined baking dish/ramekin (I just spread non-dairy butter in it- Nuttelex) and bake for 20-25 minutes! So simple! I also topped with with coconut before baking so it was nice and toasted! Enjoy!

Here’s my recipe for chocolate, coconut & banana baked oats, hope you enjoy 🙌🏻 • For 2 people: 1 cup of rolled oats 1 egg 1 cup of Unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp of cocoa powder 3 tbsp of coconut flakes 2 tbsp of cocoa nibs 1 banana • Mix the oats, milk, egg and cocoa powder and put it in a baking dish. Add the cocoa nibs, coconut and banana on top. Cook for about 25 min at 180C/350F. Serve warm! 👌🏻 • For 1 serving: Kcal : 490 Carbs: 70,6g Fats: 16,3 Proteins: 20g • Have a beautiful Friday! 😌
Friday calls for chocolate... specifically double chocolate baked oats 😍🍫❤️ Thankful to have made it through the week so I’m celebrating with this deliciousness for breakfast! Baked oats are definitely one of my favorite meals. Especially zucchini bread baked oats. There’s just something about them that makes it taste so good. • Zucchini Bread Baked Oats: -1 cup oats -1/2 cup water -1/2 cup almond milk -1/2 mashed banana+slices for toppings -1/2 small grated zucchini -lots of cinnamon -and lots of peanut butter to top it all off once it’s done baking! Preheat the oven to 425 and spray an oven safe dish. Then mix everything together(except the peanut butter) in a bowl and then pour into your oven safe dish. Feeling festive this Friday with Gingerbread Baked Oatmeal ✨ . Grabbed the recipe from @the_bananadiaries and added a few chocolate chips because chocolate is always a good idea, right? 🍫 . I’m not sure why taking a bowl of oatmeal and baking it is so dang good, but I’m all about it. Still chock full of the filling fiber I love but baked into a perfect treat. . •WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE ABOUT A MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CENTRE 🌋 IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR BAKED OATS 🍫?• OK maybe I’ve taken it a step too far this morning but it is day 2 of the Christmas holidays and we are feeling festive 🎄. I’ve made a batch of my usual baked oats with banana but made individual portions in these gorgeous little @lecreusetuk pots and literally popped a @lindtuk Lindor chocolate in the centre of each pot, giving a little molten chocolate eruption when you dig in 🌋. Absolutely scrummy. I’m loving mine with fresh raspberries, cacao nibs and almond butter, but top them with whatever you like ❤️. .. Recipe 2 cups oats 2 cups milk 2 eggs - beaten 2 bananas - mashed .. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. 2. Mix all your ingredients together and pop into a greased ovenproof dish. Pop a little Lindor chocolate in the middle if you want a molten eruption 🌋. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Totally loved my breakfast this morning 😍😍 I blitzed 40g oats (hexb) added 2 heaped tablespoons of fat free natural yogurt, 2eggs, half a tea spoon of baking powder, tsp of vanilla essence.
