Another successful Saturday at DCFiT! ⠀ ⠀ We started the day out with a fun and fast paced 8 a.m. cardio circuit to get our hearts pumping. ⠀ ⠀ We also hosted our first mobility workshop! Thank you to all who came out to learn from @kyle.porter7. ⠀ ⠀ Staying fit for your life is so important, and the best way to be able to be fit for life is to take care of your body. ⠀ ⠀ We learned what may be contributing to the pain and imbalances that are occurring in our bodies. Even better Kyle walked us through some options for trigger point and myofascial release as well as mobility drills.⠀ Through testing we were able to see a difference in our joint mobility before and after we applied these techniques. ⠀ ⠀ I hope you all enjoyed this workshop as much as we did!
