This year has been quite a remarkable one for my art practice! Both in scaling giant walls and bringing much smaller, intimate works in the studio to life✨. I feel so inspired and excited to cast greater vision for the year ahead! 🎉 • • • Commissions are currently closed for 2018 but have opened for 2019!! I will be taking only a select few portrait projects from March to August. To secure your painting request get in touch! firstname.lastname@example.org 🎨😍✨
GASP! The thing I hate the most about advertising is that it attracts all the bright, creative and ambitious young people, leaving us mainly with the slow and self-obsessed to become our artists.. Modern art is a disaster area. Never in the field of human history has so much been used by so many to say so little. Banksy What’s is your art form? @evlworld
There’s nothing we love more than finding a funky and free place to visit close to home, and this place checks all the boxes! It’s a restaurant and bar in Riverside with good Mexican food and cocktails. But the gates are open to wander in and explore the large courtyard, which artist Martin Sanchez has spent nearly three decades transforming into a junk-art paradise. He takes found objects like bike tires and discarded Barbie dolls, then turns them into fascinating sculptures and structures scattered throughout the property. There’s beautiful tile work and even an elaborate chapel with walls built around colorful glass bottles. And Sanchez has said he’ll keep working on the property until he drops, which means repeat visitors can always spot something new. So grab a margarita and start exploring!
Indulging in a deep dive of Pinterest color palette inspirations and spent some time enjoying the day, extra slow. Today has been a great birthday and I’m very excited to throw a little paint around tonight after Andrew and I have dinner 🖤 Thank you to everyone who has left comments and sent messages wishing me a happy day! I truly appreciate it! Thank you!! #artquotes#words
