A couple of years ago I illustrated the Guggenheim in Bilbao and always promised myself I'd illustrate more of the world's best galleries, so since my dog woke me up at 4.30 this morning I finally had a moment to do another. Tate Modern! One of my favourite galleries, every time. I also once fell asleep here after a rare all nighter (working) in an old studio of mine in Bermondsey, slept for a clean 3 hours on those lush couches looking over the Turbine Hall. . @london @tate @tatepublishing

When I need to breathe and gain a little perspective on the everyday rush of being a student at Drexel I head on over to UPenn’s campus which is a five minute walk from my dormitory. There’s something about old buildings that is so romantic and peaceful. It’s like glancing into a time capsule. I’m thankful to be back in Maine this summer because Philadelphia is like living in a hot box during the warmer days. Also, I really missed living ten minutes away from the ocean 🌊. Where do you want to go this summer? 🌞 P.S. Tune into @hercampus to find out what a work day looks like for me this summer! It’s better than it sounds, trust me.
I’ve been doing some architectural drawings lately—mostly based on photos we took in Venice. I’m pretty happy with this one, considering it’s a first try. #art#artist #artistsoninstagram#drawing#illustration#arts#pencilart#pencilillustration#sketching#sketchbook#architecture#architectureart#venice#church#design#veniceart #architecturesketch
Why is the hardest part about painting getting the materials out?! Literally going to get water for my paintbrish is stopping me from painting, I'm to lazy for my own good 😂 (also you can definitely see my doodles from the page behind here, rookie mistake!)
