Two years ago I couldn't do a single push up, much less do a push up on my knees, this morning in GT I did my first ever Powerwheel Knee Tuck WITH pushups. We had super sets this morning, the first exercise was this and the other was the Powerwheel leg curl. 5 reps on each exercise back and forth for 10 min. It was definitely tougher than it looks! #supersets#grouptraining#gemsingyms#anytimefitness
At this point dead is an understatement lol I did the stairs for 30 mins! Wtf !? I remember when I first tried it and I could barely last 5 mins 👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽 it felt great ! Back drenched is sweat. I’m so excited at my progress and for this process. Did arms and filmed some might put it up later ❤️

Welcome Workout Wednesday here at Anytime Fitness Weirton! Today Devin will be giving tips on how to correctly perform a 1 rep max on the barbell bench press. Enjoy! 💪🏻🏋🏻♂️💪🏻 The first video is the introduction to the workout today. Swipe left to get to the technique portion of the video 💪🏻🏋🏻♂️💪🏻 Bench tips: 1.) get under bar and pinch your shoulder blades together like you’re trying to hold a pencil between them. (AKA retracting your scapula). This allows you to stabilize your body through the entire range of motion so there is no muscle compensation on either side. 2.) unrack the bar. Inhale and hold your breath and begin to lower the bar until it touches your chest. 3.) start to exhale as you push the bar up to the starting position with explosive force (explode up) and rack the bar to finish the rep. 💪🏻🏋🏻♂️💪🏻 Let us know if this was helpful to you!
