Alternatively organic paleo sausages on a bed of basil infused sweet potato and parsnip purée with a wasabi horseradish cream. All of these associations were of high to moderate strength. Method quality varied considerably among meta analyses. Some associations were based on findings from retrospective studies so it’s not possible to determine effects or results of recall bias. . High quality prospective studies are needed, but an interesting starting point.

DO YOU CONSUME ENOUGH FIBER DAILY?  We get our Fiber from fruits, vegetables, and Whole Grains.  The benefit to adequate amounts of Fiber is, it decreases Cholesterol, helps with weight management, decreases Cancer risk, and helps control Insulin Resistance, to name a few.  The only problem is, many people don't get enough fiber in their daily diet.  You see, you need 25 to 35 grams of Fiber daily to see this benefit, and studies show in the US, many people only get about 13 grams of Fiber daily. So y’all probably know I’ve been going kinda CRAZY in the kitchen while Chad was away for the week-๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผ‍๐Ÿณ And honestly, I used to HATE cooking believe it or not.  I’d make my brother do it alllll for me while growing up...sometimes I’d even promise him a backscratch or that I’d do his homework if he made an extra box of Mac n cheese for me๐Ÿ˜‚ - But now, It’s honestly one of my FAV. ways to unplug... Just turn some Queen B on & go to town with my fav. seasonings & ingredients & GET TO COOKIN’๐ŸŽ‰ - I call this one, “beets & cheese” - RECIPE: 1. 1 cup of Kale; sautéed in coconut oil & brags amino acids. 2. 1/2 a large beet; sliced & roasted in coconut oil + a dash of sea salt. 3. 4 teriyaki-pineapple chicken meatballs from @aidellssausage heated on a skillet 4. A scoop of sauerkraut on top- (I like @bubbiespickles best๐Ÿ˜) 5. And a @lundbergfarms rice cake, lightly toasted & smothered in @daiyafoods cheddar shreds w/ just a sprinkle of nutritional yeast on top.๐Ÿคค - And CAN I just tell ya again if ya don’t already believe me, that this combo is TO die for. Like salty, sweet, an savory all at the same time.... Bacon bits optional. Use Vegan Ranch dressing. . . ๐ŸŒถ Make Buffalo Sauce: Mix 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce, pinch of garlic powder, pinch of cayenne, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos, 1 tbsp butter or ghee optional. Heat through 5 min. Let cool. (Double the recipe if you like more sauce). . ๐Ÿฅฆ Make Cauliflower: cut 1/2 head cauliflower into large chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Add buffalo sauce. Air fry on 350 for 10-15 min. Place back into container with sauce and coat. . ๐Ÿ— Make Buffalo Chicken: Marinade 2 chicken breasts in 1/2 buffalo sauce mix. Add salt, pepper. Cook in air fryer at 350 for 10 min. Flip over and cook additional 10 min or until it reaches internal temp of 165. Cut into cubes and add more buffalo sauce. Serve with Salad or in a wrap.
