I have to say that this movement challenge I’m doing with my clients has been great for me because the craziness of December usually means less 🏋🏼♀️ and more 🥂🥧 😆 . It’s Day 10 of our Do Something December Challenge and everyone is killing it so far! . It’s a good reminder that exercise doesn’t have to mean running and burpees. There are lots of different ways to keep active every day and I love seeing everyone get creative with their daily movement🏄🏼♀️🚣🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️🤸🏾♀️🛹 . What about you?
