Why do I get acne Acne is so common that it's considered a normal part of puberty. But knowing that doesn't always make it easier when you're looking at a big pimple on your face in the mirror. So what is acne, and what can you do about it What Is Acne and What Causes It? Acne is a condition of the skin that shows up as different types of bumps. These bumps can be blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, or cysts. Teens get acne because of the hormonal changes that come with puberty. If your parents had acne as teens, it's more likely that you will, too. The good news is that, for most people, acne goes away almost completely by the time they are out of their teens What can help you clean acne : Products like pvma face soap and cream is formulated with the best ingredients to help remove acne and sport, so you don't need to worry, at pvma we have you covered #acnetoday#acneproduce#africanwoman#africanblacksoap#blacksoap#acneremov#acnerom

Another step to reducing plastic consumption. This time I chose to try the African Dudu Osun soap (supposed to be safe for body and hair) and my very first shampoo bar! 😁 The Dudu Osun soap is said to be "crafted from natural ingredients and herbs" vs to contain 🍯 honey, shea butter and cocoa pod ash, which helps exfoliate the skin very gently. 😊 So far I enjoy the scent and the fact that it doesn't dry my skin as much as any drugstore soap I've tried so far. Looking forward to longer-term effects! 👀 The hair bar is a Jasmine and Honey #phogary soap bar that so far I'm quite pleased with. Further thoughts to come 🔜! . . #plasticfree#zerowaste#phogary#duduosun#africanblacksoap#shampoobar
Come check out the @amibodyorganics stand in our #youthmarket on July 6th at the @kigaliserena from 1200-1800hrs Repost by @reposta.app_ ——— Did you know that African black soap is multipurpose! Not only is good for skin but hair as well.African black soap is full of vitamins and minerals that your hair follicles can use to make thicker and longer hair. Anti-aging. The antioxidants help to combat aging of the hair follicles. This can be particularly useful if you are middle-aged and experiencing thinning or slowed hair growth. Defines Curl Pattern. African black soap has a high oil and glycerin content, making it the ideal cleanser for keeping your hair and scalp clean, yet moisturized. Softens Hair. Naturals rave about the soap’s ability to soften and moisturize the hair. You’ll still need to use conditioner after you use the soap, but it doesn’t leave your hair hard and dry as many other synthetic shampoos do. Cleanses the Scalp. African black soap is antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial. It effectively cleans your scalp, leaving the perfect environment for follicle cells to grow hair. It’s an excellent cleanser to use for hair loss and other conditions like eczema and itchy scalp. Increases Hair Growth. African black soap promotes hair growth by increasing the blood circulation of the scalp. #africanblacksoap#naturalhairstyles#naturallifestyle#naturalskincare#organic#organicskincare#africanblacksoapshampoo#healthylifestyle

Ok, so growing up during the 90s was wonderful💕The toys, cartoons, clothes, everything!! One of the few things that I do not miss about the 90s is having to commute far away from my home in the suburbs to find and buy products that cater to my hair. There is nothing that makes you feel more like a fish out of water than being a minority woman trying to shop in the small, rinky dink “ethnic hair care” section within mainstream suburban stores. Sigh. Now, fast forward 20 years, and it looks like there is more time and effort put into incorporating more diversity into the products offered in mainstream stores. I squealed and jumped up and down (I’m so glad no one was around to witness that) when I saw traditional size AND travel size Shea Moisture products were now being offered at one of the stores I shop at frequently in the suburbs. This shows so much progress and makes me really happy! I LOVE #sheamoisture @sheamoisture products, and have fallen in love with their Raw Shea Butter with Sea Kelp & Argan Oil shampoo, conditioner, and deep treatment masque!! When @influenster #influenster reached out to me to review new Shea Moisture products, I was beyond excited. The African Black Soap Bamboo Charcoal Pre-Shampoo Scalp Scrub was a real treat. I tend to have dry skin and hair, so this invigorating scrub left my scalp feeling healthy and clean. I loved the cool, tingly feeling on my scalp, too. http://liketk.it/2CHgy #liketkit @liketoknow.it #ltkunder50#ltksalealert Shop your screenshot of this pic with the LIKEtoKNOW.it app. Link is in the bio ✨ #clarifywithshea#africanblacksoap#contest#complimentary @SheaMoisture @Influenster #ethnichaircare#diversity#promotediversity#haircare#hairhealth#scalpscrub#relaxing#moreprogresstocome#birminghammichigan#michiganblogger#midwestblogger
