I've been a little MIA this weekend. . There's been a lot going on, a lot of editing to do, and a lot of time outside with my hubby ☀️ . But here's one he caught of me playing around with my new "traveling dress", as I like to call it... I plan on it going with me on all kinds of adventures and it will see all kinds of beautiful places! . This spot was absolutely gorgeous and 360-degree views. Exactly what I needed, and it was freakin AWESOME to watch the storms roll in 🌦 . On another note, can someone please hire me and wear a RED DRESS to our session?! 💃🏼 ugh I love it! . What's next on your bucket list? Tell me what I should add to mine!
— the gorgeous diana, slipping her shoes on pre-ceremony // she did everything her way, and wasn’t fussed by anything — all she wanted was to get married & drink coconut water...we did both 🤙🏻 #lovelessordinary
It's a dangerous business, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to. - Currently booking fall & winter of 2019 & all of 2020. 🖤
If you Google "how to set a table" a ton of diagrams and proper ways of setting a table will pop up. We always aim to create something truly special when designing a table, so we think outside the box. Yes, it's good to know about the traditional way of doing things, but that will only get us so far. We’re constantly trying unique techniques with our designs. We experiment. We get weird. And that's when we end up creating something really magical!
The ceremony was held under the chuppah and inside a flower-lined circle on the grass which pulled everyone in close so their softly spoken words could be heard over the rushing water... More of Shoshana + Tylor's White Mountain intimate wedding on the blog tonight! Link in bio 🌿
This past wedding was quite the day! So many wild moments and unexpected things taking us on quite the ride but by the end of it all, it was an emotional day full of love! Being a part of these moments are something I can’t express into words other than I’m so grateful to be a part of them!!
I love this photo of Cameron looking at Lara. It was taken right after their beautiful ceremony on Pyramid Island in Jasper National Park. We found a log near the water to rest for a minute. With a busy wedding schedule, the portraits aren’t only just a time to get amazing photos. They are also time to take it all in, just you and your loved one on a pretty sweet day in your lives!
Every once in a while you get to share in a moment which is timeless, and seems to be absolutely perfect. This was one of those - a privilege to be share in. Nicki and Elliot kept their marriage a secret from everyone except close family, and now the news is out I can share this 🙌🏻 Take a look at this preview from a beautiful day 🙏
When I was a kid we had a bubble gum called "Love Is" and inside it there were little illustrations that described different ways of showing or experiencing love. So let's play a game! Tell me what love is to you ❤️ ⠀ I'll go first: love is mountain hopping hand in hand in search of a perfect sunset🌄⠀ Your turn!
I don’t know if this evening could have been better. Location, people, moments, images. I got to meet @merakiweddingphoto in real life last night and capture her and her babe.... she is a GEM and oh so talented. AND.... we have a little something else coming soon to share 🙃🌙⚡️
Today I started looking at the footage from Beth & Dan’s recent elopement. They braved some of the craziest weather I’ve had on a shoot to make their promises to each other in one of the most beautiful locations in the world. They were both huge GOT fans so they were stoked that we were able to hit a bunch of locations where GOT was filmed. 🎉😊 As always, it was so good working with these folks again: Photography @robdight Makeup @jirelandmakeup @victorianafloral
Dan & Mara eloped on the Causeway Coast last night, we headed to Dunluce Castle for some portraits after their ceremony. It’s hard to find a better backdrop anywhere on the planet than this one! . . Shot with Sony A7iii & Zeiss 35mm 1.4 . . Videographer @markryanweddingfilms Flowers @floralearth
Moody Oahu days but kinda loving this thunder storm weather! Sometimes I need a kick in the pants to just STAY PUT and enjoy a nice and slow morning!....and keep us indoors to bust out the paint set for us to play around with, and work on some more of those home projects! 😜
One of the most frequent questions that we get asked is how and where we find all of the locations that we shoot in. It’s not as easy as we sometimes portray it to be. Honestly, before we ever started booking shoots on different islands, we spent hours of our own time and money to fly to different islands to scout. Now, when we fly to other islands, we’re not sitting on the beach relaxing while waiting for our sunset session to start. We fly early in the morning and spend 8+ hours scouting for the absolute best locations to take our couples. Often, we’re actually scouting for an exact location for a couple that has booked us months away. This job is a HUGE passion of ours, but it takes A LOT of work. And for us, scouting is no different. There’s something so incredible about finding that perfect spot after speaking to our couples and learning exactly what they’re envisioning for the most one important day of their life. In a dream world, if you could marry your other half again OR get married for the first time, where on this entire planet would you choose to elope? We are SO interested in hearing your responses! 👇🏼
