I think my favourite cuisine would have to be Japanese. I just love the fresh, refined, delicate flavours and the use of seasonal produce. I have been playing with ingredients that I think makes an amazing and fairly easy Japanese Salad that will go with almost any protein or would make a delicious meal on its own.. Last night we were invited to @beachbumbrighton Chef’s Autumn flavours menu tasting. @beachbumbrighton offers a delicious fusion of Hawaiian, Japanese & Mexican cuisine in a chilled, relaxed holiday atmosphere. Add to that, an amazing array of frozen cocktails and you can’t help but be a beach bum all year round!
