Saturdays were for sleeping in, nursing a hangover, and hair of the dog boozy brunches. . For years, weekends were my escape from work, yet I wouldn’t use them very wisely. They’d go by in the blink of an eye with very little accomplishments outside of the hilariously, non-productive (but therapeutic) complaining sessions about our “day jobs”. Then.💥BOOM💥. Monday. Again. . These days I’m more intentional. I meet a crew of amazing therapists😆 (translation: runners🏃🏻♀️🏃🏼♂️) on Saturday mornings to knock out a sweat sesh before the day begins. Most days, I look forward to it. On the days I don’t, I get up anyway and show up with no regret....once it’s over☕️#willrunforcoffee . Consistency compounds. In anything you do. Wake up rushed for work Try to find parking Spend all day at work Get yelled at by guests Don't get breaks Come home exhausted Spend no time with Graeme Dreading tomorrow's work day Go to sleep mentally drained Repeat... Sound familiar? ⠀⠀⠀ Well that was, until I woke up one day and realized I had worked too hard to be healthy to let my health go back downhill. SO I QUIT! ⠀⠀⠀ No back up plan. No savings. I QUIT! Sounds pretty stupid probably. But it was one of the best decisions I ever made! ⠀⠀⠀ Fast forward to today! ⠀⠀⠀ I got to sleep in! Cuddle with Graeme! Breathe and relax! Drink my energize! *And spill it🤦♀️ Read my personal development! Workout!! Which I never made time for before because I was exhausted! Work when I want to! Spend lots of time with Graeme! A call with a future coach on our team 🙌🏻 *One of my fav things! And legit just chill! ⠀⠀⠀ I decide my schedule now. I go to work when I want to and honestly whenever I can because I love it and it fills up my cup! Coaching has made me a nicer and better human, fiancé, sibling and friend! ⠀⠀⠀ So happy that I did something crazy for me. BEST. DECISION. EVER!

OMG y'all!!! I can NOT believe that I have gone 30 day straight!!! It feels so good!!! In the past I would've definitely had cheat days & 30 days would've seemed so intimidating😳 but this time it wasn't like that🙌🏻. 30 days have flown by!!!✈️ & it's so exciting! Starting this instagram has helped tremendously. Seeing yalls journeys, results & support has been so inspiring & makes me feel like I'm not doing this alone💞.
