Coming in at number 9 on our toughest places to play countdown is Camp Randall Stadium, home of the Wisconsin Badgers. Camp Randall holds 80,321 and is extremely loud. The loudest time is during the "Jump Around" tradition in between the 3rd and 4th quarter when all the fans jump around to the song "Jump Around." The Badgers always have great home field advantage.
Former V-Tech QB Josh Jackson announced that he would be transferring to Maryland. He will be immediately eligible and will have 2 years left to play.  Will Maryland be bowl eligible in Mike Locksley's first year as HC?
