It’s amazing to see how little emphasis gets placed on the posterior chain in most athletes and in the majority of high school and college strength programs-Everyone is looking for big numbers in other areas(which has its place) they neglect the area that breaks down first. . 90 percent of the time what do athletes pull when the sprint- Hamstring- not the quads- why- THEY ARE UNDERDEVELOPED!!!! . We have stated building in a multitude of various posterior chain exercises at all levels.
