If you are feeling discontent with the direction your life is going in, you need to either accept it for what it is or start making some changes. (I vote for the latter) If you decide to accept something for what it is, you stop battling with yourself over it. If you decide to stand up, take responsibility, and make changes, then today is the day to start taking the necessary steps, no more excuses! Work out what the first thing you need to do is, and do it! One step at a time. And don't overthink it, when we think about things too much we tend to talk ourselves out of it, so quieten your head, listen to your heart, and go for it! Change can seem scary and difficult at first but it's worth it, we need to step outside of our comfort zone in order to find our true self, to grow, and to step into our full power. Let's do this! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Mat @corkleaf Wearing @indigoluna_store
Starting off my Monday right with positive affirmations and writing down what I am grateful for. I am healthy, I am happy, I am free. I am a magnet for success and happiness. Abundance flows freely into my life. I am grateful for slow rainy weekends. I am grateful for the endless opportunities that come my way. I am grateful for my family, my partner, and for my fur baby Lamb. Start your day with a positive mind. Repeat your positive affirmations every morning or copy mine if they resonate with you and write down at least 3 things you are grateful for πŸ™πŸΌ. To make things easier for you I created a free Daily Planner and Mindset, head to the link in my bio to download your copy today! While you're there read my blog post "Manifest a life you love" to find out why I created this and how to make the most out of it. Wearing @indigoluna_store Mat @corkleaf
How often do you go barefoot outside? I know most of us don't do it nearly enough. When we do go outside we are usually wearing shoes and are not connected to the earth at all, we are blocking the earths free flowing electrons so we are missing out on all the amazing healing benefits. I know with my self if I'm feeling sick, stressed, or anxious sitting outside with me feet connected to the earth for 10-20 minutes always makes me feel better. Have you experienced the healing benefits of the earth? Try it! Go outside, take note of how you feel now and then see how you feel after. Try spending at least 10 minutes per day connected to the earth, move one of your daily activities outside even if you just eat your breakfast outside in the morning. Wearing @indigoluna_store
BREATHE Stop what you are doing for a moment and just breathe. Breathe in slowly and fill your entire lung space, slowly breathe back out, slow it down as much as you can, keep your attention on every inhalation and exhalation. Repeat this at least 10 times. have a beautiful day πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’• Wearing @indigoluna_store

Smiling because I see the Vegan community growing larger and larger, smiling because more restaurants are providing vegan options and there are more and more vegan cafes and super markets popping up everywhere, smiling because I'm grateful for all the people taking steps towards a Vegan lifestyle, smiling because I'm seeing so many people standing up and being the voice for the animals, smiling because there is progress, things are changing and I'm happy about that, smiling because someone out there might read this post and might also start making some changes, smiling because I can see that the future is Vegan. Thinking of switching to a Vegan lifestyle but need some help? Head to the link in my bio πŸ™‚βœŒπŸΌπŸ’› Wearing @wholesomeculture top & @indigoluna_store pants
Taking steps to live more ethically and sustainably, who's with me? When you start moving towards a more sustainable and ethical lifestyle it doesn't mean you need to throw out all of your current belongings and go out and purchase all new sustainable and ethical items to replace them, in fact this is not a sustainable action at all, it's actually very wasteful! You can literally start now, just stop purchasing things that are unnecessary, unethical, and unsustainable, use what you already have and make it last, if you need something first see if you can borrow it from a friend (I borrow stuff from @gracetealeyoga all the time 😝) there is no shame in it! If you can't borrow it from a friend then make sure what you are purchasing is sustainable and ethical. A little hint, if a brand is ethical and sustainable they will be very proud of it and they will make it very clear on their social media and website, if you have to go digging around and jumping through hoops to try and find the answer to whether they are an ethical brand, the chances are they are not. Wearing my favourite sustainable, and ethically made Vegan boots from @willsveganshoes, a top borrowed off @gracetealeyoga, and an old pair of shorts. πŸ˜‰
Can we just go back to the long weekend please...I don't think I'm ready to go back to work, I'm not made for the 9-5 life lol I wanna be barefoot in nature, practising Yoga, drinking smoothies in the sun, travelling, and saving all the animals 😝. How would you like to spend your days?
How Yogis wait for their food πŸ˜‚ This is normal right? 😜 Happy Monday everyone, have a beautiful day! βœŒπŸΌπŸ’›

Your thoughts ultimately create your reality. If you are constantly thinking unhappy thoughts and think that bad things always happen to you, they will. The universe gives you exactly what you think it does. So get out of your own way, transform your thoughts, be happy, be grateful, know that the universe is on your side and that you have the power to create a life that lights up your soul! I have created a free mindset map to help you transform your old negative thought patterns in to new life changing thought patterns. Just head to the link in my bio to download your copy, it also comes with a free daily planner! To learn a little more about how this helped me and how it all works, read my blog post "Manifest a life you love" πŸ“· @mndyphotography
Ahimsa is one of the 5 Yamas of Yoga. Ahimsa means to not cause on harm, in thought, word, or deed. This includes not causing harm to others, yourself, or any living being. I think we should all practise Ahimsa, the world would be a much kinder place. What do you think? ✌🏼🌍🧑
