Nothing wrong with insecurities fellas. It’s normal. Fill yourself with things that matter I suppose helps the most. Good people, good pets, other people’s pets, rats, lizards , bugs included #always. Tea helps a lot too. Chocolate is an always, but a good meal that won’t make you sick. For me anime or Ghibli anything helps, but a nostalgic or feel good movie is good. Make plans for a personal date or day to yourself. Learn about something new or explore something you like such as art. Take a damn bath!!! My panic and depression is often aided by heated blankets and hot showers but baths are nice. DO NOT self destruct, that is a step backwards and you don’t deserve to be treated that way by anyone- not even you. Get a new journal or make a gift for someone. Gifts make you feel nice when you spread kindness. Stretching or physical exercise forces some good feels, but don’t do it unless you want to. Cats. Always cats. Soft blankets and candles. What ever is a nice thing to you. Put on your fave clothing item or comfy shirt. Wash your face or go through a clean of your space, that can often help a lot more than you think. Drink water. And know tomorrow will get better.
Vegan ice cream sandwhiches! I’ve eaten 4/8!!! But don’t worry! My fridge is out so I will be eating as many as I can ahahah! Made tacos for dinner, based off of old recipes from my previous job! SO GOOD! 10/10 will make again/ have for lunch at work tomorrow✨🐒
