3/24/19 9:20am Currently doing fasted cardio as I write this. Motivation has been at an all time high for me. It’s been so easy to stick to my meals and not get cravings. I’ve been waking up every morning with the intentions to be better and do everything I need to do to get my shit done. Last night I looked back on my previous pictures when I was on my last prep and I see significant changes over this past year. Muscle maturity has definitely improved. Fullness and pumps I just can’t seem to get within the past week or so, but on Friday I’m starting a new protocol with my supplements and diet so hopefully that will help. Tomorrow I head to the east coast for 4 days on a work trip which really throws a speed bump in this prep. I’m not going to be on top of my game 100% to be honest. It just won’t happen with all the lunch/dinner meetings and traveling. It’s a bit discouraging, but I’m not scared. I remember going over to his condo to beat him at pool (as usual) and finding him using a tennis racket to do his hair. Blue moons later he calls me as he’s watching Shark Tank... “B! We have to invent something bro...this kid put a rock in a leather pouch and is selling it at Nordstrom for $100!!” a week after that, I get a call, “B, you know someone that has a 3-D printer!?!?” I ask why, and he says, “I’m inventing something I can’t talk about it” so I tell him...”Noel, you are making a mini tennis racket to twist hair aren’t you??” He goes nuts and tells me that’s why he’s my brother. 😂 Now, 2 years and over 1/2 Million dollars later.. this man is pitching his idea to the Sharks. While I am definitely proud and full of admiration for my friends accomplishment, I know he is capable of this and so much more. So for me this is another example of his drive. Another affirmation for all us, that if you have a dream, get after it and through relentless tenacity it will come to fruition. The day you told me “you can’t fail, we can’t fail” that was when I realized we are in this journey of life together man! Starting weight was 180 Ending weight was 152 Today marks the end of my 8 week challenge. Jeremy buendia kicked my ass not only physically but mentally. I was so used to eating like a fatass. But these passed 8 weeks definitely changed my mentality and boosted my confidence to a whole other level. Thank you Amanda for helping me and supporting me throughout these passes 8 weeks. You're definitely my gym bae for life girl. I'm thinking of competing in the near future and now know that I have the mental toughnesss to do so. All that hard work is finally paying off. So much more to work on though and I'm ready for what the future has in store for me. #summershredded2018#shredchallenge

(I appreciate those who voted in yesterday’s post) here’s my FULL workout from Sunday! • 1) BB squats 6 x 8,8,6,6,4,4 2) DB RDL superset GOBLET SQUATS 3 x 10,10 & 5,5 3) BB walking lunges 3 x 20 steps 4) Broad jump to vertical leap 3 x 10 jumps (there and back) 5) hamstring curl 3 x 10 (full) 10 (elevated) 6) leg extensions 2 x 25 reps • Give it a try!! And add this to your leg day 😁 doesn’t hurt to try! I like to focus on a lot of explosive moments primarily because I never want the athletic side of me go to waste!
