The combine prep process is truly one of my favorite preps in all athletics. It is truly position and athlete specific. There is NO set program you can follow. Having a great feel for the athlete is 🔑 . Unlike most strength coaches I FIRMLY believe is ok to change on the fly. It means you are in tune with the athlete or group and realize the timing of what you have planned isn’t appropriate. Let’s face it these NFL guys have 1 day and 1 shot to put down great times and numbers. Looking forward to the next 9 weeks to see how it shakes out! .
