We will hold fitness testing for anyone wanting to test where they are at.  We will hold the test the last Friday of each month at 0900 and 1800.  Fitness test involves  Beep test  Push ups  Chin ups Sit ups  This will test your overall fitness and each month u can aim to increase or get better.
