HAPPINESS* You are responsible for your own happiness and it's YOUR choice.😀 Your mood will dictate other people's mood. When you see someone who is happy or smiling doesn't it make such a difference to YOU?🤗 And you know we all have down moments and there's nothing wrong with that but its important we not sucked down too deep into them. This is obviously when you need to talk to someone, as has been highlighted in the recent awareness of mental health issues. Their moves might have been uncoordinated and their acting not the best but they were truly happy and surrounded by happy positive people. I'm always quite choked up when I'm at his school events because life is tough for most of them but you just
