So today I went to MindBodyExpo 2019 and tried some of the most AHMAZINGGG vegan dishes. Although I’m not vegan I do enjoy expanding my palette , but I’m not ready to give up burgers yet lol . . . Would any of you go vegan ?

How long does it take to form a habit? Some say 21 days (3 weeks) and others 66 days. What do you think? Even though I am legitimately starting to feel more comfortable with meal-planning and cooking after 21 days (woo hoo!), I wouldn’t say I have all the habits in place to make this successful yet. This has been a good start. You bet, I’m not done yet!! You have been an amazing wealth of suggestions and support.
