Dinner tonight- Sausage, onion, mushrooms and quinoa. . I used to be terrified of the kitchen. I stuck to the microwave, thinking "I'll accidentally burn the house down" or "I don't even know how to boil an egg!" What I learned: 1) Google is very helpful and 2) Cooking can be relaxing. Now I'm that person constantly adding post-it notes in recipe books, and I especially love dishes like this, with only 4 ingredients and the ability to save the leftovers for busier days.
