Great things never seem to come easily. It usually requires some smart working, gut instinct and determination! To get to this stunning pool overlooking the ocean I had to get a ferry, then a boat onto a boat, then a boat to the shore, walk through the water, get a truck, walk up a steep dirt track, then walk up steep steps within the hotel. With my boy strapped to me, a 4 year old and ALL of my possessions. It was a long hot day. As soon as I saw this pool, it whispered my name and I jumped in! PS, I may have had some help with the bags.... nothing wrong with a little assistance en route.
Great start to the week w @oceanmimic teaching schoolchildren the importance of cleaning up our beaches and oceans. They were having fun while learning how long different pieces of trash take to break down and what is organic vs non-organic. Fashion makes up a huge portion of our waste. Buy responsibly. ❤️

If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability of controlling water with my mind ✨ •I have this memory from when I was about 8 years old where I stubbornly believed I could make still water move by staring at it. So one day I shyly walked up to my 3rd grade teacher’s desk, plopped my water bottle down, and sincerely asked if he could watch me do a magic trick. A few classmates stood around, anticipating this miraculous moment. I squatted down to get level with the water bottle, stared into it with my whole heart and soul, and after a few minutes (which felt like eternity) THE WATER MOVED! I was thrilled to the moon! Here I was thinking that I was going to help the world by being the next superhuman. Until later on when my friend told me they nudged the table•
