Today was the final graduation celebration for North Island College. This week, we celebrated the successes of over 500 students who received degrees, diplomas and certificates. Each student success has big ripples in their lives, the lives of their families and the strength of our communities. Huge congratulations to all award recipients but a special shout out to Sheldon, who just finished 4 years with NISU. Sheldon won the Lt-Gov's Medal for Inclusion, Democracy and Reconciliation, President's Award for Academic Excellence & Dean's Honour Roll. It was joy to hoot and hollar for Sheldon, we wish him the best in his bright future. Happy to spend the celebration with Comox Valley Director, Bill Sugden, @wsugden67 #iamnic
