I was so inspired after the SFO Polaris Club event where I got to taste new items being served in the new lounge. The tasting were all recipes from the new @United Polaris Cookbook. The Polaris Lounge offers a unique dining experience for travelers before boarding, whether it’s the buffet at your leisure or a full menu in private dining space.
