Had a amazing evening with journalist, writer and activist Silvana Bahia, who walked us through the various processes and shared stories related to the making of the film, KBELA. We also discussed the complex politics of hair, skin, language and the often invisibalised markers of discrimination, both direct and institutionalised. Thank you Silvana Bahia, @momogath, @leocustodiophd and @armaalliance, for talking to us and for the opportunity to see KBELA.
