He is able to build more symmetry & to display muscle by posing w/o  torquing his back. What abs do u work most? Majority would say the picture on lower left Contract abs, do you draw your belly toward your back? You are probably missing the Transverse Abdominis. Try cough & hold the contraction unless you can draw in without a trigger. Transverse Abdominis is like a tight internal weight belt, or Spanx for ladies.  It goes around & protects back.
